Touch sensitivity and lag

Anyone having any issues with with their screens sensitivity such as the keyboards typing being very laggy and scrolling being very laggy as well. Tried doing a factory reset and no difference so I'm guessing defective product. Probably going to exchange tomorrow. Anyone else?

I only experienced that so far when typing a response on XDA. Some other forums I tried with the browser work great. Gmail works great. Scrolling is also slower on XDA but fine on other sites. There are other threads on this already.
A calibration.ini text file on root of memory worked for gtabs. Put it in the root directory nothing in it. Just a txt file called calibration.ini reboot the tablet but dont touch the screen during reboot. Try that

same here only lag when typing in forums
Quick update. I had my xoom plugged into the dock which was plugged into my 200w inverter which is pretty beefy and after unplugging the lag ceased. So obviously they dont play well together. And a little fyi for anyone else who might be experiencing similar problems.
I had sensitivity issues while I had their screen protector on. And then again for like 10 minutes after my fiancee spit on it.

Jealous, is she?
Why don't you guys use the offical xda app? I can't get anything to lag on my xoom. I know that it'll lag if you are in the browser. But just download the app and use it as it seems easier to me.

The official XDA app fails to load half of the time and is slow the rest of the time on my XOOM. It used to be the same on my Nexus One, but after putting Gingerbread on last night it flies faster than I could imagine.

I don't use the XDA app because, if I recall correctly, it requires my device's ID. I don't download any application which requests permissions that it doesn't actually need to function.
It also lags horribly when typing comments on Slashdot (worse than on XDA). But here, scrolling lags as well whereas on Slashdot it's only typing.

Yeah, it seems consistent with certain sites. I am sure it is fixable with an update.

Report all FC's to Google

Someone is bound to get angry at this or something for pointlessness but just wanted and hoped everyone reports all FC's that occur

LMAO try pressing the button that says "report" on the force close box
Same I report all of them too.
I also leave comments on apps that I've tested and failed or has poor implementation on Honeycomb. Hopefully, if devs see enough complaints, they'll put higher priority on updating their apps for Honeycomb.
I am interested to know what programs people are running that crash alot. For me, it was just the xda app and now after the last update I haven't had one with that program. Both my Xoom and my wife's have been running great.
Now just give me flash and I will be stoked

"Yes."
(... IOW, it could be any of 'em lately. I think the underlying HC API might still have bugs in it; I rarely get FCs with my Froyo EVO.)

This also unfortunately, is a problem with gingerbread as well. I report apps on both my nexus s and xoom all the time.

Facebook, browser although good has CRAZY weird stuff at time (delayed typing, delayd pinch to zoom in/out, soft force closes, I even got flashing web page and previous app) media player with proper coding has some very infrequent flash to home screen then back to movie.
None of this really bother me and I know Facebook isn't properly gingerbreaded, its just good for all of us and google to be informed.

LOL Funny, I found under Privacy in Settings, on the top there is Clear Browsing Data. Maybe with some more exploration, there might be a list?
On the Stock Browser for ICS, if you hold the back button it takes you to history and bookmarks... Nothing similar in Chrome it seems....

Youtube App SLOW!

Never had any issues with the youtube app constantly buffering. Since the last few days it's been unbearable and basically useless. Changed from HD to Non HD, Wifi to 4g nothing changes. Reinstalled/Uninstalled the app and no changes. Anything?
Thanks

Are you experiencing issues? I'm trying to figure out if it's a software issue or a server issue?

It seems to be buffering more than normal.
I read some about it some days ago, the you tube app is slow than you tube web.

Yes, I've also noticed the app dropping frames lately, which was never an issue on my N2. Hope it gets fixed in an update soon.

I read about this a few days ago (on reddit i think) and was frustrated with the same problems... somebody suggested using SuperTube and DAMN does that app work better... i don't like the app and the look of the app as much as the stock YouTube... but for the time being at least it plays the damn videos and has several different options for playback resolution that I like...

Has any1 even seen this or has had this happen?

When I go on the internet the letter are sumtimes jumbled up only in some spot and not others. Then when the browser refreshes it will fix itself. Any input, thoughts or Solutions?
It has to be the don't that you are using. I've never come across this problem before using the default font.

I've only had that happen in Chrome on THIS website. Usually if I let it sit for a few extra seconds it straightens out, but not always.

I wish i would have found it b4 i started this thread. Was there a fix? And how the f#@k do you delete a thread? lol
you aint alone... this happens to me too with the stock font and the non-beta version of Chrome... only on this site too.
Some of the time it's the CSS displayed on the screen. If it's older CSS standards, I believe that's what is happening.
If you zoom in, it fixes itself.
