I rooted my phone and did the status bar mod with the blur home mod stretched, I then decided to go back to stock so I put all the original back and it worked fine for a day or two but now they won't update. They are all empty. Does anyone know a fix?
Some time ago i changed to CM 6.1 rom, then i didnt like it and change back to my old rom Rodriguez style modacoMod. Then after 2-3 times reboot i noticed something wrong with my apps, they change to some white icons with gear-wheels and when i try to open one of them it says "The linked program is no longer installed on your phone". Any help will be appreciated.
I flashed with TyphooN CyanogenMod 7 Nightly v3.7.1 last night. So far very stable. Trying to add applications, but long press bring up the "Add to Home Screen" menu, but the widgets/folder/wallpapers/asuncher actions are all choices, but application is missing. So I don't see a way to pin an application
to home screen. I must be missing something. Tried to search the developer forum, did not see anything. Could anybody give me a pointer please?
Nevermind. I must be idiot. Been using wp7 for a while and just flashed back android. Figured it out. It's in the short cut
So, I have Gummy Kitkat 4.4 installed. I have tried the 4.4 GE Roms but they are too unstable at this point. The main thing I am missing from using the GE Roms is that when you press the Menu hardware key, the menu appears at the bottom of the screen. In the AOSP Roms, it appears at the top of the screen from the three-dots icon. Try it on Whatsapp, for example.
So, the question is - is there an xposed mod or other, which will change the position of the menu to the bottom of the screen?
Hi,
I have a N7100 running the latest nighty of OmniROM 4.4.2 with stock kernel. It's a great rom and would like to thank you for all your hard work. Just one thing.. Whenever I reboot my phone or flash something, something from my homescreen disappears. Either a entire homescreen or a folder or an icon or two disappear after restarting. I tried searching for a thread related to this but couldn't find any.
Any suggestions/solutions as to what the problem might be?
Oh, also I'm using the stock Kit Kat Launcher. Also have Action Launcher Pro installed as well.
