dude i updated to R2BA023 on the 10th July, and am on O2 UK. Unfortunately, it was OTA Update so i cant provide the files.
I did not debrand or root the phone.
Hi , some of the o2 phones where unbranded , got mine from o2 online and it was unbranded with no o2 software .Think thats why some o2 customers are getting updated.

Thanks! Funny thing is that it comes with Orange Romania settings too, because there is no option to select them (like in the generic version) at the first boot.
i looked the 184 arc firmware up on the se tool server and only found orange, o2 and other provider firmwares + generic uk.
Are there other generic builds with 184?
.184 doesn't have any changes you'd benifit of in Germany. The only thing it did is add some iPlayer and other UK-only apps.

All RO carriers got it these days, including Vodafone.

It would most certainly look so because I just checked it with fus downloader (web tool) and for ORANGE version of I9100 it yields the following (country Poland)

I can confirm RO Vodafone branded devices can update too. My phone is not charged though to allow the update

Kies gives me "Kies can't update this phone" - any idea why ?
Previously I've got XWKF3 and then XXKG3 then moved back to original BUKE1 ,
but Kies gives me the above error ... any idea what's wrong ?
