Its NON-WIPE . Uploading XEO version now 28% so far till I post the link.

I think samfirmware said official kies updates for our UK phones are coming in august so maybe this time they actually got it right.

Hope they release this soon in canada we need stock files.lol

Kies update is non-wipe so you can update with KIES. I'm packaging it up now though.

Does it have video call on Gtalk (KG3 has it, but KG6 don't...)? How is the colour banding? (you can perform a gradient test here: http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/gradient.php). Any noticeable changes?

i already have my sgs rooted, im using stock TMN, i will update through kies, is there a problem having the phone rooted before updating with kies ?

It will be unrooted so you will need to root it again after upgrade with kies.

Samsung: "Finally the one of the biggest new features of the upgrade is the ‘S Go Launcher Pro’. With this feature users can change the main screen and the icons, for a personalized smartphone."
Could someone check if there is an additional Laucher in this ROM?

i've install kernel root with odin but the device don't seems to be rooted!

sorry, my mistake.
tnx for all!!!

i have bootloops so tried to install it a couple of times at differnt usb-ports. no i lost the download mode. it automatically boots up in recovery when i press the combo. any idea?
edit: download mode is back after removing the battery for a while. strange. now i will flash jvu, before upgrading.

ive just installed tmn version (from kies), there is new value pack features, i repeat (nothing new in this firmware except 2.3.6).
Actually i think its worse than 2.3.5 (only 3 icons in dock, where did contacts go??)
I dont have root and this is stock firmware and kernel, (jw3)
how can i flash jw4?

For me rooted kernel is not working...
Installed via Odin as PDA but nothing happens...neither rootexplorer nor SU is giving me the ok for rooted phone

HELP your device's current firmware version is not supported to update via kies

I recently flashed ANDROID REVOLUTION HD ROM FOR GT-N8000, and after a few days wanted back stock so i download stock rom from sammobile and flashed it through Odin.
Everything went well it showed PASS and reboots OK and works.
In the tablet it says THE LATEST UPDATES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED
But in samsung kies it says YOUR DEVICES'S CURRENT FIRMWARE VERSION IS NOT SUPPORTED TO UPDATE VIA KIES
Device status in settings is OFFICIAL and also in download mode EVERYTHING IS OFFICIAL and FLASH COUNTER IS 0
I INSTALLED THIS VERSION:
Model: GT-N8000
Country: Iran
Version: Android 4.1.2

I think you may need to root it, and use triangle away to reset your flash counter.

You require your phone to present the correct codes to Kies .
Obviously CSC or one of the other codes is wrong . See multiple posts on the subject .

A few things that I have noticed is......
If you had the latest firmware previously installed on your device before rooting or even down grading your factory rom Kies will not recognize that an update was needed..
Only after a new firmware was released from Samsung that was higher than the highest firmware that samsung thought I have on my device would Kies show an update.
I had to bring my tablet back to the most current by downloading the firmware from one of the sites and then install in with odin.

did you check if that firmware supports kies? not all do

Why you dont flash the firmware completely without have to flash 3 or 4 different files? You can find it: HERE. Download, unzip it and flash it through ODIN :highfive:

A710FD Stuck in Samsung Boot Logo

Hi all,
My phone SM-A710FD stuck in Samsung Boot Logo.
I tried to flash the latest firmware A710FXXU2CQG4 via Odin with "Nand Erase All", "Phone EFS Clear", "Phone Bootloader Update" option ticket. after this i faced this issue.
After this is tried to flash again with unchecking all the above option. still i phone stuck in boot logo.
Is there any solution to fix this issue. ?
