I like the SRS Wow HD sound improvement. Had it also on each of my WinMo devices, but unlike the app on the WinMo devices, SRS Wow on the Desire HD doesn't allow me to change some settings like: base, wide, focus etc..
I can live with the default wide and focus settings, but the base is way too loud for me. Anyone found a way to tweak the settings of SRS HD?

I am about to buy one and just wondering hows the audio recording quality compare to Elf?

I dont know about ELF , but i found touch HD to be the beast of all the WM phones , it not only has good recording capablity but also playback is very good , i use auido notes touch which is very usefull for my meeting , it also has capability for recording calls

There are some music players around that have their own equalizer. Pocket Player (conduits) has besides an equilizer also some audio plugins like 3d sound, bass boost etc.

i was playing on my brothers htc radar the over day and noticed that under settings that there is a camera mode (panorama and burst modes) and under sound enhancer there is a 5.1 settng for video i was wondering if it was possible to install these on my hd2 (windows phone 7.5 hd20 1.26)

Sound Enhancer not supported by Mango... case crashes and pulled by HTC
