It isnt a new build of iContact but as said a mixed edition between iContact "burt edition" and iContact 0.76 - QVGA + VGA edition with add of some themes....
It must have all features of iContact 0.76 - QVGA + VGA edition listed Here:

*Add icontactCfg which I had extracted from iContact "burt edition" with this tool you can change between languages and skins easily:

unable to extract last french rom

I tried extract last french rom with the 2 excute kitchens but problem with the xip extract
Did it happened to you ?

replace your xcmd.exe in folder TOOLS/XC with this http://www.phoneromize.com/forum/download/file.php?id=255 and you will be able to extract ROM with ULDR Partition removed

Are the programs in italian? Will I be able to turn off Wifi or will it be enabled foreveeeeeeeeer?

This pack i developped for italian hd2, some programs are in italian.
Maybe i'll work on a WWE edition
Usually when you put device in stand by, the device shut down the wifi.
with this tweak you can use wifi also in stand by

This rom have good battery life. full charge battery working 3 days for normal use.
