Is there any android rom for htc hd2. I can't find it anywhere. And if not then what will be the release date like...????????
There isn't a rom for for the HD2 or any other XDAndroid device. This is because haret (the android launcher) needs for windows mobile to boot to load certain drivers, like for cellular radio.
There are WinMo roms out there that will load android as soon as it is possible, tthough. I don't if there is one for the HD2 though...

I tried to setup the Android ROM as in the Title on my HD2 bu as the ROM starts, the black screen appears and the supposed flow of writings doesn't go down beacuse at the writing "Jumping to kernel (cutom)" it blocks and doesn't go on.
I have 2.15.50.14 radio and 3.14 Dutty 8G with Dutty V.14 ROM.

Just flash a custom windows rom. If your doing a warranty exchange I just downloaded the stock one from www.t-mobile.com/wmupgrade and then make sure you uninstall the HSPL.

Hi Everybody
I wanted to put my phone on Finnish so i installed the official rom from the HTC website. Before i had an English Custom rom installed. I tried the installation now 3 times but the complete rom and sense interface stays completly in english. The device information in the settings says under rom version: 1.56.414.0 (43972) WWE i guess the WWE is what you dont really want to see if its supposed to be a FIN rom.
I had downloaded this file what i think isnt the problem: _HTC Touch HD_MR_2009_RUU_BlackStone_HTC_FIN_1.56.414.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.13.25.24_Ship.exe
The installation runs smooth without any errors. I installed from my windows machiene thru active sync
Can anybody help me or give me a hint what is going wrong here ?
