hi all i just got the tap yesterday iy was working fine but while i was making my first call the screen stuck on black although the voice was working , i restarted it after many tries , but i discovered that the wifi is no longer working, i tried reset factory many times also but nothing changed .PLZ I NEED HELP

Suddenly this morning I woke up and my Neo's arlam kept ringing, but no notification window popped-up to help me disable it. Does anyone have the same problem? please help. Many thanks
I had a similar problem recently ; wake up ringing and reminder alarms were activated but without any popup visible--> any possibility to stop !!
I hard reset the device and reinstall an old backup ( ten day old ..) due to problem to idenfy wich application installed in the mean time was the real cause.
now everything run correctly !!!
I hate to do the hard reset though Is there any other way like tweaking the registry? If I had to hard reset you know where i could download the most updated rom? I'm using the 121 Dopod version, but dont know where to dl it. Many thanks...

I've been using it for 5 weeks but suddenly touchscreen stopped responding.
I've tryed reseting it, factory reset, but nothing worked.
Do you know how can I fix this? I'm pretty sure that my touch works fine because sometimes when I shake the device it works again but after few hours it stops to respond again!

Try this - reinstall battery, turn telephone on and leave it on opening screen for 2-4 minutes. I have problem with not responding touchscreen and I realised that after that time of continuous screen working it starts to work again. But only till I turn it off - then it is not responding again.
Today my camera stopped working. It shows a message after a few seconds that says camera isn't responding to you want to stop or wait. have done soft re set , uninstalled flashlight app , talked with samsung and downloaded smart tutor , all to no avail . I am a little afraid to do a factory re set , do you think it's possible that there is a virus on my phone
I had this happen as well doing a cold boot fixed it.
So basically last night I installed android m Google now and basically I found an option called allow OK Google from any wcreen or app.. I used it and it worked perfectly in whatsapp and such apps for about an hour ? Then out of nowhere it stopped working and it said microphone is being used please restart device .
. And I would bur the problem would persist. So I uninstaleld Google now and reinstalled and now all of a sudden the option is gone completely ! No matter what I do I can't get it back and I really enjoyed this feature.. does anyone know about this and how to get it back
ok so ill explain everything step to step (what happened to phone) please someone help me
so i heard that if you disable bloatware apps (like amazon kindle amazon music etc.) phone could get faster and have more free ram. i did disable everything i could and yes phone got faster but week after i noticed that knock on stoped working...
i searched for it and heard that if i restart my phone it would work again. it didnt help. 2 weeks after second screen STOPED RESPONDING when main was off (second screen was on but did t respond it only showed time i couldn't go to quick settings) when main is on i can use second screen normally and it works as it should. then i noticed that knock off still worked and got confused (knock on isn't working but knock on is). i restarted one more time and heres wtf happened. my phone couldn't read sim card ( got locked to sprint again??? or is it software issue because they told me i my phone is unlocked when i talked to sprint agent) the bloatware apps were gone, HOW ARE THEY EVEN GONE THEY ARE PART OF THE SYSTEM YOU CANT DELETE THEM and fb and messenger were disabled even though i didnt disabled them before factory reset. it still has the second screen and knock on issue. phone otherwise phone still functions but i don't have knock code knock on and second screen when main is turned off and i cant call anyone . to be more specific second factory reset that caused all this **** was done with recovery mode. please help ?.
