I m from europe and I m thinking about buying the HTC 7500 (Athena) (or Maybe the HTC X7510 which will be released the first week of this may). But I have some burning questions:
1. Is the upcomming 4.0 Project a Windows Mobile 6.1 based operating system? I mean, a coocked ROM?
2. Is this 4.0 Project compatible with GPRS/UMTS and HSDPA?
3. Will the 4.0 Project run on the X7510 you think?
Maybe I m missing something but I now own the Universal. For this device there are like 20+ coocked ROMs made by XDA and other people. The benefit of this is you can test some coocked ROMs and than choose which works best for you.
But why arn t there coocked ROMs for the X7500?

but its a cooked wm6.1 rom which is taken from the soon to be released x7510
it uses all available radio frequencies up to and including hsdpa 1.8mbps
as itxda said in the othre thread, it will probably be able to be installed on the x7510, but the device will have to be cid unlocked first

Hello rom developers from all over the world.
I have a question about the difference between the rom of the B7610 and the i8000.
I know the hardware is the same, and in my opinion the rom is also the same.
The only thing that should be different in the rom of the B7610 is the support of the hardware keyboard.
So can the rom builders maybe find the driver for the keyboard in the B7610 rom and make the roms for the i8000 also available for the B7610 so the community of the custom omnia roms gets a boost.
I'm not a rom builder so this is just thinking verry simple.
Maybe there is more difference but thats why i'm asking all you rom developers this question!

I'm actually using Italian Version of this rom and it play really fast.
Thnk a lot to Enrico this is the best Sense today available on Omnia II

I use Enrico's English version - it is simply the best rom I have encountered so far...

No. This is unfortunately not an option.
There are many fine i900 roms out there. By Nicklas, for example. His FloTanium roms are awesome. I've been running his fantastic roms for ages on my i900...

fi. Sense - 2.5.2011.3030 for WM6.1 beta.cab is the one you want from that site, tested and working on all 6.5 and 6.1 roms from modaco
I'm running the rom from the second post I linked, he did a pretty good job on it.
Im running this one too and its really the best with sense but i hope somebody cooks some rom with Maxsense-its 100% better than sense2.5

I have a Question, originally im an X1 Xperia user...but I plan to buy an HTC Touch Diamond 2...i have read that there is an official upgrade for Touch Diamond 2 from WinMo 2.1 to 2.5...
however no where it mentions if its a Sense UI 2.5 or the same old Sense UI 2.1??
Also, if its 2.1, Which is the best cooked ROM that has WinMo 6.5 WITH Sense 2.5???

Better to ask the question in the ROM section - there is a huge choice there, and I'm certain you can find one that fits your requirements.
topaz does have an official upgrade of Sense 2.1 to 2.5. as for the best ROM u have to find that urself

Just try a few different ROM's. Nobody can say which ROM you would like or would work good with your HD2. Installing ROM's is freaking' easy..
