Hi all,
is it possible to disable "screen thumbnails", when man click the HOME button? It is really useless and very slow.
Depends on the ROM your using?....
I think the option to disable was available on VR12 iirc
Yeah it's possible to remove it on VillainROM 12 !
Menu -> Configure -> Thumbnail Settings -> untick Home Button
Thanks. This works. But I am using the offical 2.1 ROM (Singapor edition)

Go to menu > Spare parts > End button behavior > Go to sleep
Maybe this could work :
Go to CyanogenMod Settings > Lockscreen > Delay and Timeout
Set "Screen Timeout Delay" to "Immidiately"
Set "Screen Turnoff Delay" to "Immidiately"

Hi,
I'm on stock and would like to have my quick settings editable in a way they are on most custom ROMs: toggle wifi on press, go to settings on long press, and/remove options etc.
What is the best way of doing this without flasing a custom ROM? A flashable mod? Xposed mod? App from the play store?
hi, try this one man..

Thanks for that, but I'm looking for a more native solution, not something that adds another menu.

Hello fellow S3 users,
Following the release of the new Android 4.3 update for the Galaxy SIII many people have discovered multiple issues, one being the loss of functionality of the Multi window feature. I'm not sure if this has already been posted but I stumbled upon a way to fix this problem. It is very easy to do:
1. Go to "Settings - My Device - Home Screen Mode"
2. Select "Easy Mode" and apply
3. Go back into "Settings - My Device - Home Screen Mode"
4. Select "Standard Mode" and apply
5. Go to "Settings - My Device - Display" and enable "Multi window"
Long pressing the back key should now bring up the Multi window panel.
Hopefully this works for you as it worked for me.
Thnks man, very thanks!
Thanks,it's some kind of trick to reveal hidden menu?

It's the apps' problems, they need to be programmed to support multiwindow

My update resulted in more than just a multi-window problem. My whole S3 became hightly unstable and continuously freezing. had to remove it.

HELP
How to add themes?
Looking for a way to change the hw keys to the behaviour I had on my S4.
Menu - > Menu
Menu long press -> Search
Home long press -> Tasks
Did someone stuble over a mod for this? Neither Wanam nor Gravity do the trick.

Give Alliance Rom 5.5 by @Goldie a try, it let's you customize all the buttons, and it is a great t.w. rom as well.

It's such a strange thing what you have to do on Chinese roms to get the basic of today's mobile environment: working push notifications for services you install!

I guess you bought this phone on Oppomart ?
I recommend to reflash your rom (http://zukfans.eu/).. Otherwise you can't get the lastest version which is 1.9.077

We don't even get a damn battery graph. For those of us who micro-manage our phones, ZUI is a disaster.

To be fair, there is such a graph, but you have to activate the Developer Settings.
Then: Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Developer Options -> History details.
How do I get Play Music controls to show up on the lock screen?

So does this mean if I flash zukfans eu ROM "ZUK Z2 Stable ROM 1.9.044", I will have not crashing menus nor the "play store cannot download any apps" issue?
This would be great, at least.. until a real ROM is out..
