Hi I was wondering if there is a fix for the issue with MMS? I notice when sending a picture it resizes it to small I'm talk to 8kb instead of 300kb! Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Hi thanks for your help but can you please direct me to the exact sticky? I looked through a few sticky threads but I haven't seen any thats for the picture resize for the HD2!
I checked the sticky and the files that I see does not fix the issue! So does anyone else has a resolution to this issue?

I've searched all over for a qvga (320x240) pic of the UCLA logo for my phone, but I can't seem to find one. I also tried to resize some pics, but it didn't turn out right. Can anyone perhaps post one here? Thanks.
I attached a pic of the logo that I would like. Since I was unsuccessful with resizing, maybe someone else will have better luck.
Use GIMP, it's free, will do the job.

Ok i have searched everywhere and looked threw the forums and on google and have not found anything. My problem is my mms everytime i receive pic they are small really small. I sent myself a pic which was 875k/1024k and when i got got it..it was 4k/1024k what is goin on???? AND IM ON THE TMOBILE US HD2

...in other words, this is a commonly seen issue, and the solution is available somewhere in the refernce thread Mr Peoples posted, and in numerous other easily searched locations.
This was Fixed by SergeyLAR
However, there are still two minor problems, see the picture
1.Call records sink
2.Save to Contacts sink
If someone can fix,it perfect!

Hello everyone.
I'm new to booting android os on my hd2 and see if anyone can help me out or show me to the right direction on a little problem I'm having. Sorry If I posted in the wrong forum. Is there a fix or a change of settings to correct the picture when receiving a incoming call. My pictures are coming out blurry, even though they look fine on the screen when I view them.

It happens to me to. Specifically when those pics come from the ones I assigned to the contact. If they are the default FB ones, they come right. Those you assigned, go to their personalized google contact, so, try to lok for a way to delete all previous pictures you have assigned in the past, and assign new ones. Please tell us how it goes.

We all know that it is not finished yet! If you don't know the reason for the problem don't post such comments please!
This is really annoying problem! I've tried to put a new pic to one of the contacts and even used the take photo option but still the pic is very bad! there is some kind of resolution problem here!
Thank you for the response everyone Don't get me wrong, I'm glad it's working the android roms, thank you all who contributed to the development, but I wanted to see if there was a solution someone had found and maybe they could share the wealth with all of us. to shadowhacker27, i tried changing the photos and even took photos from the camera but no luck. maybe if there was a way to resizing the picture maybe that would help.

ok i got it ..but how does this help development since your speaking for people
It's a fairly simple question. Android is nearly there, so don't criticise the questions if they haven't been asked before, just answer them or don't bother (that goes to everyone).
Just for your information RoyG, this occurs on a number of android devices I've used. So therefore it's just a Google related issue. The facebook photos display correctly because that's via the sense interface or the facebook app. So, AFAIK there is no fix as it's not HD2 related.
hi, i have 2 questions i realy want solved which i didn't manage to solve on my own.
When i'm texting, i can see the picture of the person i'm sending to, but not my owne, how do i change this? cause i just don't seem to find it.
and second,
i'm using a dutch swype i found on the web, but it's not made for the hd2 but the package i installed does not match the screen size of my device, my screen size is 480x800 and I realy want the dutch swype without always having to have the error i see.
i hope someone can help me.
