there is no RTL with joint character for arabic/persian yet

I was just looking at that page. It seems to be in English with Arabic language support. I have not found a ROM that is only in Arabic so far, although I looked at other sites for you.
It seems all ROMS with Arabic so far are in English interfaces with Arabic support...... GCC - Gulf Cooperation Council, Bahrain, Saudi, United Arab Emirat, Qatar, Oman

Guys all android roms support Greek language. Just go in settings->language and keyboard and select Greek.
If you can't see Greek in the list then download morelocale2 from market and set the language from there.
when sending a message that has been written in arabic language, the receiver receives question marks "?????"
Maybe Arabic is not supported in his/her phone.

I clicked thanks.But not helped lol.Please i have a shop many people have got same problem and still we cannot fix it :/
But samsung support arabic language in both i9300 and i9100g .They both have same problem. :/

Try Kyrillos' ROM. I think it supports Arabic. PM "kyrillos13" for more information.

this rom is banned from xda and we no longer provide any assistance for that rom,
please have a look at other alternatives in the development section which will cater your needs other than the stated rom above

that was a fake ICS rom,
it was actually a gingerbread rom with ICS theme,
we don't have a stable ICS right now since our development teams are working on it,
we have gingerbread themed as ICS though,
i'd suggest EVO-X3, look in the developement section
