Sorry but i can't get to know how to play this game?!?
I downloaded it and it says that i must have a storm8 account to sign in but i don't have and i don't know how to create one!
On the website storm8 and when trying to sign up, it says that creating an account shall be done from the application; but on my phone it can't be done in the application!! I tried all buttons! Nothing...
I am stuck at the intro screen where it demands the sign in!
How to create an account?! Should i have an iphone?!
I'm on android 2.2
Please guys some help here pls

Even if you would have an account you'd not be able to login. Storm8 games don't work on these roms. This thing was already asked.

I am not an expert so asking this question might seem a little silly...
I have an HTC magic running on Android 1.5
Since I've got a Desire, my wife has started using Magic. It has my google login on the phone and thus she keeps getting my emails. There is no option to change that as it seems...
How can I change the google login to her account? Can anybody help?

One way is to restore the factory settings (wipe the phone, with all the settings and programs currently installed).
Also, searching "android change google account" on google will take you to a forum post on androidcommunity explaining how to log out.

What password? Can you sync contacts calendar and mail?
Best thing to do is to wipe so you dont have anything from previous owner

It seems like this is your first android. Read the manuals and wiki.
Look for factory reset or hard reset.
Try to look for info in some italian forums.
Btw in settings theres an option for accounts and passwords

just tried my first android build on my HD2 (Darkstone superRAM). How can I link my own contact with my facebook account? I've got it managed with my friends contacts but. The thing is, I want to link my picture from the facebook account for the SMS application...
So can anyone help?
Don't think that's possible, try adding an image 'to you' on Google contacts. I was gonna try that myself but haven't really gotten around it yet. Please keep me posted.

This was discussed in a thread previously, where I explained the current situation.
Apparently, Google are aware that this has been requested, so we may see it in either an app or OS update. Fingers crossed!

You can view the market from any browser now, just visit: market.android.com
It supports multiple profiles for your phones and you can install apps to your phone through the new site. Looks very cool!

So far, you get an error when trying to sign in. Here is the link to the market:

cant sign in with my account says "Invalid Request" interesting idea! tho
Man, i just got done watching the live stream of the conference and he said it was already live and he encouraged everyone to go check it out, but yes I am getting an invalid request
In app purchases are coming soon though, the demo they showed was pretty cool. Also, it looked as if you wont be required to do purchases directly through google checkout, as the demo just used a credit card to make an in-app purchase. Carrier billing will also be an option.

Yea, sign in works but it still can't install to devices. I am getting sick of Google introducing half-baked, untested things to the masses. Do they ever release something not in beta?

That last part is the error I got while it was parsing my device list.
I just gave it a try and it worked perfectly for me. Signed in with one click and it installed the app within seconds.

Almost half a dozen people had the same issue.
They only just got the sign in issue fixed.
Works on solitare but , not for pandora.
I was able to get signed in but when inputting my phone number I got an error. Now when I try to install an app I get "There are no android phones associated with this account. Please sign in with a different account." I've had my phone and gmail account synched up for over 6 months now, what gives!?

same issue here, saying no associated phone, maybe it will update shortly, i've even opened the market on my phone and installed an app to try and "push" it through, still not working

Yeah I did the same thing. I opened the market on my phone, installed a couple of apps, updated a few, still not showing as an associated device on the website.

Basically it allows you to have multiple phones attached to the same account. To install apps go to market.android.com sign in to your account and then you can browse and install apps. As others have noted though, there are still some hang-ups in the system.
Keep an eye on youtube.com/android and soon they will post a recap of todays conference (not up yet)
Unfortunately, when trying to enter Google Talk with another user on the device it prompts: "This version of Talk can be used only by the owner of the device".
Ideas ?

all apps are per user settings.. You would have to set up another whole google account . then install that account on the second user.. That means any paid app will have to be bought again for the second user...

Not sure what you are referring to here. The official Google Talk app is built in and is a free application. I tried setting up a 2nd user account for my girlfriend and she signed in with her Google account, yet when I open Google Talk on her account, I get this error message.

Finally somebody with the same problem ! Now I'm not the single one on this planet who encountered this )
I just set up a user account and ran into this as well. It dramatically cuts into the utility of having multiple users if they're going to be limited like this.
