Just flash full official firmware without CSC. Firmwares are aviable for download here (free registration required)

I need to restore the original firmware for my SGS+, but I can't seem to find it. I went to sammobile and found list of firmwares, but I can't find my country there, or any other country with the same carrier as I need.
I need a firmware for Serbia, carrier Telenor. The closest I could find is Croatia and Bosnia, but they don't have Telenor.
Is there a way to find the firmware I need, and if not, which one should I flash to successfully restore the original firmware?
btw, I bought my phone from Telenor and I have contract with them.

I had an Vodafone NL branded version but after the KIES update from 2.3.5 to 2.3.6 i got an unbranded one.
I'd buy a note 3 from Singapore or Malaysia and it has this stock fw inside N9005OLBDML1.
Since I'm Italian and out of the box I'd flash the latest Italian stock fw ( N9005ITVDMK1 with ITV csc) do you know if I will receive future Italian OTA/Kies update after this procedure?

in old models we used to do the following
change the csc first by some apps, then check the update via ota or kies to find out if the mobile become Italian csc or not
in some models u can inter a code via mobile to enter the csc list and choose the Italian csc, but be aware that it will format the mobile
or the easiest way is to flash the Italian F. W and download any future updates rom and flash it

Via OTA and Kies there is still no upgradet 4.4.2 available ...
CSC code is MJ8 (BOG) --> Bouygues Télécom France.
My phone is an I9505 ... I suppose I can just use Odin to flash another 4.4.2 firmware for the I9505 with a different CSC code?
I used to do some modding with previous phones ... but so far I 've only been using a 'standard' S4. Thus therefore I would like to get confirmation from some people who have more experience with flashing S4 phones.

That's the point firmware is not yet available via OTA or KIES 3. The phone is most certainly branded ... it contained some french apps which I never use out-of-the-box. I don't care about loosing these apps.
Question is will I encounter problems when I flash with another french, british, dutch, ... firmware?
Personally I don't think so ... If you can only flash the original firmware then sites like sammobile.com which host all different original firmwares dont have a reason to exist?
Or am I wrong?
Will it break OTA and Kies firmware recognition and updates after flashing from a stock German Vodafone carrier rom G900FXXU1BNL9 to UK unbranded G900FXXU1BOD3?
I've had that issue with an S1 before, but it didn't really matter as it was out of warranty.
EDIT: I think I have a semi answer if I change the CSC via the rom as I did with my S1 it disables OTA and Kies, but is it fully restored when the original CSC is restored?
