What rom and radio are u using??
Maybe you should read more. You have to actually do a bit more than just put the files on the SD card.

Instructions:
- Extract the Android folder (with all files in in) to root of your SD Card. THIS IS IMPORTANT.
- After copying everything to your SD Card ensure you have at least 1200 Mb free space for data store.
- Go into Android folder(using your phone) and tap CLRCAD (for working sound), and after that just tap HaRET.
- On first run when there is “Creating a new datastore” just give it time to complete, and on first boot be patient and give it time to load everything.

Correct me if im wrong but any radio that has 2.xx.51.xx_x
That .51 being the main problem for some reason. You need to put a radio that has .50 in it. For instance mine is 2.12.50.02_2
Note the .50 in it. You need to first flash hard spl using this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=611433. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE WHOLE POST BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. Once thats complete you have to flash a new radio, which is actualy pretty easy using this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=611787 and this custom ruu file http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4798017&postcount=1
I know this probably all sounds like alot, but trust me my friend I was also a noob when I first did all this. Last but not least here is a link defining all these crazy terms we use here on this forums http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=774859. Good luck man, im sure you will get it done.

Hey everyone
I was wondering if someone can repost how to run android on the HD2... I see there are A LOT of threads on here...
thanks a bunch
All I did was put one of the Android builds, copy the Android folder to my SD card, hit CLRCAD then run Haret and it loaded it up. I had a stock TMOUS WinMo ROM and radio.

not all HD2 are the same when it comes to running Android. I strongly believe
there is a good reason why most Android builders have a custom Winmo recommended ROM
and Radio in their first post.

Thanks! I figured it out. A simple thing from that post made me figure it out. I just needed to move the already existing Android folder contained within the Drod to the root folder.
I know this may sound stupid but I just cant get the gingbread 2.3 to work. I have the MDJ_GingerBread_HD2_v.1.0_RC5_RAM_STOCK . I don't have data.exe but have data.img will that work? I am new to this and have been trying to get this to work for the past 4 days. I have zImage and initrd.gz do i need those on my sd card? any help would be so greatful....

The "best" way to learn bud is to do some real reading. I know it can be a bit daunting at first but honestly its the best way. Been walked through something is too easy and you wont pick up valuable information as much as you would if you worked it our yourself.
There is some really good guides to follow, have a look through them and have a go.

Struggling while installing Android 2.3 Gingerbread on HTC HD2 (NAND)
Thanks guys for your prompt replies. This my situation: I installed Android 2.2 on my HTC HD2 with
RUU_Leo_S_HTC_WWE_3.14.405.2
Radio_15.42.50.11U
2.15.50.14_LEO_S_Ship
HSPL 2.08
MAGLDR V1.13
Android 2.2
Everything works great. Recently, I wanted to upgrade to Android 2.3 Gingerbread so to I upgraded successfully the MAGLDR1.11 to MAGLDR1.13.
Now, I spent a longtime reading your replies to the other users and it seems my case is a bit special, therefore I have 2 questions:
1- The MAGLDR113_DAF file I downloaded contains the ROMUpdateUtility (that you advise users to use) and also has a DAF file. I can see clearly at system start up that my MAGLDR is 1.13. So, does this mean am good? or do I still need to open the DAF through the tri colour screen bootloader, as some have suggested? Please help clarify my confusion.
2- I downloaded Android 2.3 Gingerbread on HTC HD2 (NAND) and extracted it to my 8GB SD card root, when I open the Android folder on my HD2 and tap on CLRCAD.exe, I get "file type exe not found" message, I tried with haret.exe as well but I always get the same message. Could anyone advise what I am doing wrong?
By the way, I used first a 2GB SD card, after being formatted, in vain then formatted a 8GB SD card, copy, paste Android folder on root, in vain. always same message.
Thank you very much guys and once again, I really appreciate your time and patience with us.
well if you're going for NAND you should not been able to toutch the CLRCAD.exe/Haret.exe wich probably means that you've downloaded a SD build.
you should go to the NAND section of this forum and find a rom there.
the instructions for installing a NAND rom are in de first few post by the dev himself.
goodluck

But i`m not getting out, stuck with a few things.
first: i`ve got installed the 2.08HSPL.
second: can`t change the radio to 2.15.50.14, stuck at 96%.
third: can`t get into the bootscreen of MAGLDR after the included RUU, it goes straightly to the white screen with htc logo and getting stuck.
This was driving me nuts!
How to fix this all?
Thnx!

Hi,
Sorry to be the one to tell you but you have bricked your HD2. When you are flashing a radio you cannot interrupt it until it is done flashing the radio or it will brick your device. The radio is very important, it is what has the data the IPL of the bootloader needs to boot the hardware of the device. No radio equals no working device, or what is known as a bricked device.
Crap!
But I still can get in the bootscreen!
Can you post a link from a radio updater, maybe I can try it again?!
Or can I get winmo back?

Hi,
Try:
Go to HTC site>support>download>ROM upgrade and choose appropriate ROM upgrade for your phone
Extract with winrar or 7z the RUU_Leo_HTC_****************************_Ship.exe
find the larger *.nbh file and rename it to leoimg.nbh and place this file on an sd card that is 4gb or less
and reboot to bootloader (the one with 4 colors, hold volume down button)
follow the instructions from there
That way you will have your original software with SPL restored and ready to send it for repair
No need for PC drivers etc.

That is the most ridiculous comment I have ever seen on XDA.
Ofcousre its a big deal moron. If we simply excused every person and let anybody post anywhere this site would be a complete waste of time.
Why should we "appreciate" it?
People with common sense use the search function or google a couple of keywords+XDA or even in the minimum read a couple of sticky threads before asking what is obviously a very common request.
I don't think he bricked it. Try flashing HSPL and radio again. I've seriously had my phone fall down and get disconnected while flashing radio before. Worried the hell out of me, but I just tried again and it was fine
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
I`ve got winmo back !
Solution:
Download the normal rom and then i changed RUU_Signed.nbh to leoimg.nbh,
then i run the bootsloader again and installed the normal rom by the RomUtilitieUpdate.exe and now it works fine again.
But still no android .
I`ll check later how to install that correctly!
Thank you all guys!

Firstly, why on earth title your topic as "Help!!", titles of subjects are supposed to be descriptive, titling "help" etc are ridiculous.
Second, If you had bothered to take 2 minutes to look you would find an abundance of guides, no need for this topic at all.
Third, You lost your iPhone then got a real phone, At least one good thing came from this thread

OP, use correct grammar, better thread titling, and correct forum placement if you want to be taken seriously.
Also, MCSE has nothing to do with this, and really is not that difficult of a certification to get in the first place.

When you say a second one, what do you mean?
Did the first flash and boot ok and now you are trying a different build? Or do you mean you are trying a second one as first failed also??
Flashing WP7 is extremply easy. You just simply...
Load into MAGLDR menu
Load USB Flasher
Load up DFT flasher on PC
Start Flashing!
If this doesnt work it could be down to a incompatible SDCard. Some simply wont work with WP7.
Try and do a full format, ie..
Load Panasonic SDFormatter
FULL Format (Overwrite)
Size Adjustment ON
Reflash ROM!
If that doesnt work, use a different card. Remember WP7 creates a 200MB partition on card so dont be alarmed to see that the card only shows 200MB when you see it in windows.

Part of the forums rules is not to use foul language by the way, I don't care but some people might so you should refrain from doing so.
As for your problem, you will probably have to follow the above post's advice. I don't understand why you couldn't have just changed the account through the market? Why bother with root explorer and deleting/renaming potentially crucial files? Makes no sense.
Finally, I got some answers! I feel like I'm in Fringe or sth.

I used it with my simcard at the first week when I get my phone and entered the market with a HTC sense account. But after the first week my damn operator closed the my phone to calling because of I haven't registered it yet with a passport. Then I have to use it without the card until I find a passport and when I took off the simcard the HTC sense passed away and when I tried to open market it asked me the password of the account and I had no idea about it.

Download the HD2 NAND toolkit, boot your phone into bootloader, connect USB to computer and run a Task29. This will clear everything from your phone. From here you can flash radio, magldr, cwm and ROM as normal

Yeah, Task29 deletes everything. Now you can reflash Radio, MAGLDR, CWM then your ROM.

I would recommend flashing NAND Android. this is a complete guide on how to do so.
Just listen to me. First flash winmo to see if everything is ok and to setup device sync (driver)

OK, I'll listen to you. 4shared.com is forbidden in Turkey so that there are problems with downloading from this webside, so I couldn't download the document you sent me first. Today a friend of me bring me ICS with a flash disc and now I'm trying to find a way to upload it my phone. It seems like theres a lot of thing that I need you to teach to me dear Serbian bro.......
