hello...i don't know if i should reffer to the section of developing...i'm from greece so forgive me for my bad english....sony banned greek country from every new update comes for mobiles-ps3 and every sony product...can someone post a thread with the latest firmware so i can flash it to my x8?thanks in advance and sorry if my thread is in wrong section !

I want to update rom my HTC Touch Dual (To change language from German to English).
I also read tutorial and update USPL,Hard-SPL for my phone from:

But I don't know how to update ROM, please help to explain that!!!!
