20 shorcut on Manila 2.5.1922 ?

i,m lookin for some cab for 20 shorcut from applications on Manila 2.5.1922 ,but can,t find any version that works

In this case even search DOES NOT work. What the OP is looking for, or in my case, waiting for, is a new version that works with the newest version of htc's manila.

I'm on Energy ROM Leo (31/12/09).
I'm still trying to get the 16 or 20 shortcuts to work too. Have tried:
1) jaguaralani's,
2) vovicheks_jamrecord's,
3) pewter_2.5's,
4) Dusk Manila's &
5) grzegorz's
12/16/20 shortcut cabs but none worked so far. Anyone had any luck?

Feropont is a recent Xdadev. member. I've sent him a private message to invite him to our forum. I've asked him as well if he could launch an English version or, if not, if hi could help us to access to his ROM. Waiting answer....

Hi.I am not of the chefs, but I will cook this build and will post here.I would recommend you 21911.Starts with 100MB free RAM and kept very well.I have some more work on it and if you care to upload it somewhere.
PS I gathered it.I'll upload tomorrow after work.

Regarding 21911, which I believe is a 6.5 ROM, I still prefer 6.5.5...
Consequently I would preffer a WWE version of above-mentioned ROM!

I know, bib*oops you don´t favors SENSE. I´m waiting for Novembre5, my favorite big cook, but i read in his twitter, he back to developing iPhone apps

Glad I will help. Issue of WWE for the TG01 versions in my plans are not included, like to cook Russian ROM for Russian-speaking users TG01, because not everyone is happy with the WWE version.
If you are interested in is the WWE version may separate cook WWE ROM TG01, from you may need help in the tests the first alpha version of WWE ROM.

I've been running the feropont's ROM for the last few days. It's really fast and nice-looking. feropont, many thanks for the nice job!
I've only noticed two minor drawbacks which, I hope, will be fixed in future releases. Those are: 1) Exchange server is not working as no root certificates are installed (after some hours of searching for solution I was able to solve this by installing a certificate requred by my OWA); 2) So far I've experienced two random soft-resets.

I'm running it for 10 hours, like it!
As I said before, encountered one random soft-reset so far...

One more thing. There is no Toshiba's sliding panel with arrows in this ROM , which is also a drawback in my opinion as sometimes the arrows might be useful (at least for me).

{problem}options of office 2010 doesnt work with 21911 but works with 21895

hello fellow chefs
i whas recently told that the options in microsoft office 2010 dont work
for example when i open word there select menu and then options nothing happens
if i select to make a new word document and then press menu>tools>options
also nothing happens
when i do menu>format>font also nothing happens
at first i thought it whas languagefile so i asked for it in latest xip/sys thread as the links are down deu to maintainence on mu
i tried it and still the same
lecamtran also uploaded a package with onenote and office in it and when i put those in the kitchen i get the same result
are there any other dependecies for office or does some one know how to fix this

edit: adjusted the title as i got a little whiser
i couldnt open the options of office 2010 when i used xip/sys from 21911 so i went out trying things
i revereted back the sys to 21895 and i couldnt acces the options but when i put back 21895 msxipkernel all of a sudden the option where working:S
how can msxipkernel inflict office options page:S

Well, I tried my Office 2010 and it does not work either... Strange. I will keep an eye on this thread!

thanks mate going to give it a try

replaced all the files in the kitchen and cooked it up using the english base
it still doesnt show up the options
as with the previous setup i can use everything and make documents but no options available
are there other dependencies for office
maybe im missing something there:S
or could it be 21911 that is interferring(i believe not as other chefs have it working to on com2 builds)

Try this its from 23569, I use DPI96 (but DPI192 is there as well) I have all options working

going to try different sys/xip maybe thats the problem:S

I gave up on cooking in Office 2010 in my Dutch rom. Never got it to work and even downloading in Marketplace gives the same issues.
Let's see what you guys can come up with

I know it works for some, and i have to think this is for WWE cooks. Never seen it work right in other languages ( on Com2 )

not sure about that as i cook dutch and wwe roms and i test it with the wwe variant
still no succes of getting it to work
on a side note: flashed youre dutch rom to hd2 and saw icons you need to reasign so it wont have low ress wm6.1 icons
or is it meant that way?

cant really tell as i flashed to other rom and it aint my phone but it where a few icons
on topic: i put sys of 21895 in and it didnt work
then i put back in 21895msxipkernel and now it works again using all 21895 sys and xip packages
so i guess ill stick with 21895 then

I tried the XIP from the non-Office 2010 compatible builds with a Office 2010 compatible build. Office didn't work, so I figured out that it was a problem in the XIP. Then, I simply replaced the coredll.dll in the XIP with the coredll.dll from the Office 2010 compatible XIP, and Office worked with everything else too. Also, if you check the dependencies for each of the Office app exe files, coredll.dll is one of them. Somehow, though OneNote works fine out of all of them.
EDIT: Just replaced the coredll.dll in the 21916 XIP with the coredll.dll from 23129 and Office 2010 works. Everything seems to be working perfectly, but only time will tell. I'll keep testing this set up...

i dont have that problem on froyostone v2
perhaps you can try using other kernel from mattc
or delete Android folder - not Android App folder. it helped me alot

HD2 is WVGA right? I don't see why it wouldn't work. I've cooked that EXT package in my WVGA kitchen and it works fine. Are you sure there is nothing else wrong?

Max manila does not work for 2017, 2018 & 2019 version. I think it works for 2016 version if I remember correct.

Has anyone ever modded Sense/Manila with all the tabs enabled?
I am getting an HTC Leo (1024 Tmo) and I would like to have Sense/Manila with all the tabs enabled.
I did this for manila 2.0 for my QVGA (Tmo Wing) by enabling the tabs in the HTCHome xml and adding the correct images, etc...
But when I was unpackaging the latest Leo image I see that all the manila files are labled "0b1b17c3_manila."
And I don't see an xml file to edit.

I'm a bit confused as to what you're asking. If you're talking about simply cooking in the regedits for enablement/disablement of tabs on boot up, then it's:

Yes. Thank you. That is what I was looking for. To be honest I didn't know about the registry values. I only know what I did use from cooking for QVGA devices.

Can you point me in the right direction (link-wise) to cook Sense into my ROMs?
My ultimate goal would be to have the latest Sense version with all the tabs enabled for my HD2 (1024).
