When it's ready.

You'll have it when its in the kernel.... Anytime between now and Dec 2012.
The Devs are working hard on everything. Please be patient.

and please don't post in development section

dec. 21 2012

when de users are becoming PATIENT.
the devs work all time, they brought it so far, cause all the users supported them

I believe that beatiful days aren't far for HD2 users. But I think that, to make android rom is more important than light sensor

Which just proves you're not observant. Yes, there are a lot of sense builds because they add extra features plus can be disabled easily for basic stock experience but there are cyanogen and stock builds out there if you LOOK. Hell, I was just at one, which is why I remembered to come back here. Don't be upset because I chose to answer you in the same simple way you asked. It's not my fault you don't see what's in front of you. Now browse. Finding new fun builds that fit our specific needs is why we're here, is it not?
ya they pretty much dont care about vanilla froyo and those that do are either old or autobuild , or are restricted to certain outdated kernels ... also cuz of this reason most cm versions will have touch screen lag issues and all the goodies that come with that , so basically if ya want a decent vanilla froyo experience hd2 isnt for u

Thank you for a coherent answer. Thats what I was starting to see about froyo. I have been updating my HyperDroid on my own but seem to have met my technical limit and am considering switching. Everything is great with it, but I'm considering whether or not I want the new camera. Another round of decisions I guess.

The XDA application does not seem allow us to see response/reply titles. Only original post titles. So I never saw your first No answer. I apologize and thanks for your response. I was looking for an quick opinion from fellow users and I certainly was not asking anyone to go do research for me.
I don't know if you have noticed but over the last few months folks have really gotten a bit over the top with the sarcasm in response to questions, almost to the point where it is insulting in some cases. I have seen this more and more. My initial thought when reading your reply WITHOUT the title line was here was more sarcasm. So again, I apologize and thanks for your response.

There was definite sarcasm, so I can apologize for that. Not at the level of some of the other people here get to. People have been getting extremely venomous and I was just trying to do a quick chuckle thing. Anyway, you should expect to see a lot more stock android builds soon because I'm sure there will be a flood of gingerbread options over the next few days.

Will we ever get full hardware acceleration on ics?

Ehi guys, Will we ever get hardware acceleration on our phones?
What do you think?
Well they've got it over on the nexus one now for the most part, and it's got the same adreno 200 so hopefully!

Yes we will. It will take time and a lot of patience on our behalves.
Now that texasice has backported/written the necessary drivers for our hardware to the Nexus One's 2.6.38 kernel, it makes things easier. But the only kernels available for the HD2 atm are 2.6.32 or 2.6.35-based.
So I guess what will happen now is the 2.6.38 kernel will now be ported (or once it is 100% working - not 80%-90% as texasice states in the N1 thread) for the HD2.
Check it out here.
Cheers,
Evil.

Haha ummmm, I wouldn't know as I am definitely not a Dev. From what I've heard and read it is a tough process, and can take some time. Tytung I think has been working with Texasice, so hopefully by the end of Feb, but who knows, I'm just answering question from the knowledge that I have acquired.
Cheers,

So I'm already running a rom thread(s) for the Galaxy Tab 8.9 so I'm not going to have a ton of time to read here and post lots of help, but I will post it soon for everyone to enjoy, runs pretty sweet so far.

voted for 5 day ago, hope to se offitical Miui v4
I'm quoting from facebook : "the devices to get MIUI V4 should meet the basic conditions: a. With ICS 4.0 from the original factory b. RAM≥512M c. ROM≥1G Those devices who can't meet the above conditions will not get MIUI v4. " ... So our HD2 had come from factory with WM6.5, by hardware let's put it in the same basket as desire, so Android 2.1 (from factory). B. RAM size is manageable I think but C. ROM is half of the requested. I'm looking forward to that though. I voted for HD2
So you KNOW it's the wrong section and you post it never the less. Insta-ban, in my book.

ROFL!! But then I'd be lenient for a couple of day or a week if I were you - it's for a cause.
On a side note, why wont CM team support HD2? The HP Touchpad is not a native Android device, but yet is on the list. Our beloved phone runs CM7 as good as any native device, and CM9 is pretty stable too!

[Q] CyanogenMod 11 for L3 E400

Some developer is interested in building the CM11 to L3?
The S3 Mini already has a stable rom, why not L3?
That cuz they have developers for mini s3 unlike LG e400 zero support for this device ....even cm9 roms have so many bugs that didn't fixed like camera bug and phone bug like no loud speaker
Hello mate am also a fellow l3 owner and guess what I've a few such threads myselfs. You can see one request thread in the same section as yours which is mine so take this as an advice from a bit more experienced person, i now pity myself for creating that thread or making any other similar threads or useless posts around the forum, it's no use - nobody cares and the thing i learnt recently is - "this just doesn't work the easy way" - you can't just make a post/thread then sit back and relax hoping for someone to pop up see your thread and make something up for us outta nowhere just for the satisfaction of doing so.
As far as your question is concerned even cm10 seems a wishful dream let alone cm11
so many thread like this, even cm9 is developed by cyanogen mod still has many bugs. dont dream to cm10 or cm11. seem to no stable rom except it base on stock rom
