1st off i want to thank all of XDA Developers, Android rom builders and all the members.
if this was all ready posted please delete this thread or move it to the proper thread.
my specs
HSPL3_PKG
Radio_2_12_50_02_2
Win mobile rom OzDROID_1.00
android SuperHD2_1.1
and or any android test build
well if you are like me and cant get enough of trying new android builds and you are tired or lazy like me of renaming them then try this.
unrar or unzip your Android Build mines is SuperHD2_1.1 go into the folder and make shure your Android folder is renamed SuperHD2_1.1 or whatever you want now copy the name of folder SuperHD2_1.1 or whatever you want then open the folder and open up startup.txt and change this line.
set cmdline "rel_path=Android"
boot
to
set cmdline "rel_path=SuperHD2_1.1"
boot
if you all ready have different android builds on your storage card then you need to copy the startup.txt over to your pc and edit
set cmdline "rel_path=Android"
boot
my mattcfroyo1.5 startup text
set mtype 2524
set ramaddr 0x11800000
set ramsize 0x1e400000
set initrd_offset 0x00a00000
set KERNEL zImage
set initrd initrd.gz
set cmdline "rel_path=mattcfroyo1.5"
boot
my SuperHD2_1.1 startup.text
set mtype 2524
set ramaddr 0x11800000
set ramsize 0x1e400000
set initrd_offset 0x00a00000
set KERNEL zImage
set initrd initrd.gz
set mtype 2524
set ramaddr 0x11800000
set ramsize 0x1e400000
set initrd_offset 0x00a00000
set KERNEL zImage
set initrd initrd.gz
set cmdline "rel_path=SuperHD2_1.1"
boot
boot
normally all vers. are incl. right startup.txt...
this known already no need for a new thread..just for this
ok thanks please delete

Sorry for my English ...
Hoping someone could help me figure this out here. I had my HD2 not want to boot up earlier today and was stuck on the boot screen for hours. When I replaced the startup.txt, Android loaded up fine. However, audio will only work initially and then will get cut out. For example I can dial and hear the key tones, but I cannot hear the ringing or the person on the other line. If I play music and quit music player, audio from the phone will not work.
This is what my startup.txt was when I replaced
set mtype 2524
set ramaddr 0x11800000
set ramsize 0x1e400000
set initrd_offset 0x00a00000
set initrd initrd.gz
set kernel zImage
set cmdline "rel_path=Android loop_partition=mmcblk0"
#pwf log/ramconsole.txt 0x2FFC0000 0x40000
#log log/haret0.txt
boot
Click to collapse
and this is what I replaced it with (the original startup.txt from Leo + Froyo w/Sense 1.8)
set mtype 2524
set ramaddr 0x11800000
set ramsize 0x1e400000
set initrd_offset 0x00a00000
set KERNEL zImage
set initrd initrd.gz
set cmdline "rel_path=Android"
boot
Click to collapse
Obviously something got changed in the startup.txt, but what is causing the audio to work then get cut out?
Using 2.14.50.03 Radio
CleanDroid CleanEX ROM
Leo + Froyo w/Sense 1.8
Anybody have any ideas?

hi guys,
could someone pls help me with this, i want to edit the startup.txt so when the android boots up i will always have the following registry:
echo 8 8 > /proc/sys/vm/lowmem_reserve_ratio
echo 8192 > /proc/sys/vm/min_free_kbytes
My startup is like this:
set mtype 2524
set ramaddr 0x11800000
set ramsize 0x1e400000
set KERNEL zImage
set initrd initrd.gz
set initrd_offset 0x00a00000
set cmdline "nand_boot=0"
set cmdline "wifi.mac_address=00:11:22:33:44:55"
boot
The problem is that after i modify in adroid the reg, every time i reboot it returns to the original values.
The ideea is to always have the same value, if there is another way tot do that pls let me know.
Tks in advance
Can i put the exact same code in startup?
