Hi guys,
I'm looking for some way to make the quicklinks 50% transparent square gray blocks with a "+" sign on them go away completely after you remove a quicklinks icon. I found a section on transparency cabs in the newbies guide but I don't think it addressed my question. Any help?
Thanks a bunch.
Update: I found the answer -- install CHT Editor and there is a function to do this -- thanks guys!

I personal use this cab for the top bar. May be what your looking for
It would help to see what you are trying to recover.
But, here is a possible suggestion that might fit: FInixNOverBattery http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...ght=finixnover
Thanks for the response guys,
will try and post some pics up when i get home from work. Not feasible for me to do so just now.
In particular what i am after are the topbar icons relating to volume, signal strentgh, battery level, multiple notifcation icon, headphones connected icon etc.
Need the manila files for those specific icons ideally. I suppose i could be cheeky and approach pzucchel directly to see if he could give me the info.

Hi Guys I like to Change the Icons and I like to change the Original WM icons for some custom made can some one point me to the correct steps.
Thanks
Installed vist_like_2.cab to replace icons on today screen but as you slide across screen original icons show up on top of new icons any help would be great(basically need a fix for this or help with a colorful icon theme
It would be helpful if you were more specific about what exactly you wanted help with...luckily, with a bit of searching and initiative I found what you're referring to:

So it seems all you need is to know is which file the slider is so you can edit the png file. Unfortunately, I don't know as my experience with customising Manilla is limited, but once you know it should be easy enough to do.
I'm sure somebody can point you to right file now.
I made (put together) a transparant theme for the new Manila 2 Rhodium.
And the only thing i made is a small botom curtain to cover the yahoo bug on the internet tab, start button in landscape and program selection
the rest is all from other designers around here... thanks to all of you
Transparant slider, clock, small bottom curtain, background on all pages, transparant buttons in the program menu and NoScrollshade in one Cab.
problems with worldclock are fixed
May I remove this after installation?
As title, but I could not find this item in "Remove Programs".
Any suggestion?

there is a bug when you have installated the new manila rhodium" that it not shows all the instalated files in the remove programs tab".
when the new manila is cooked in the rom you can go always back to original but for now
instal a new theme or install the XBmod rhodium again
clock
could you possibly break the cab up?
i would love everything but the clock...
thank you
Transparancy on all tabs
Could you explain how to make the bottom curtain transparent on all tabs? I'm currently using Macadam 1.3 R1, which only has a transparent curtain on the Home tab.
Thanx in advance.

That worked for me. Thanx.
Nice idea Whisheybro. Thanks for the app.
I can't seem to find a program to remove the top curtain. I have tried this and it doesn't work and I have tried Manila Customiser, but even if I highlight the "Invisible top curtain", it is not invisible. It is the same as the one you show above. I am using Rhodium TF3D2....
See what I mean??? I know you can only just, but it is more obvious in real life!
Hi guys,
I was wondering if I could completely remove the Quick Links "Shortcuts" from the homescreen of HTC Sense. The Program icons it shows are very ugly and not optimized for the big size.
one easy would be to instal cookies home tabs along with cht editor.
this allows you change how many quicklinks you want (up to 75 in total I think) or alternatively leave them blank and use cht editor to "hide empty quicklinks"

CoOkie's Home Tab Editor is what you need as samsamuel posted, in combination with CHT Editor, you can make the large ugly Quick Links into 4 or 5 much smaller links, or hide them altogether.
I have attached a couple of pics for you to see how it looks.
The programe link is here, johncmolyneux's CHTEditor link is also in that post. - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=
