I need to have Internet connectivity in My htc Desire (android device) using Internet from My PC joined to Htc with USB wire, as You can do with activeSync in WM devices.

does anybody know why on htc p3600 (trinity) I can't able to connect from linux via rfcomm? The idea is those that I ever do on all bluetooth phones that I used (nokia and symbian works very well): I want to connect from my laptop to inetrnet by g3 connection from the phone via bluetooth.
So.. the htc p3600 has a serial port on channel 4 so I had configured the rfcomm on linux to connect to the phone... But I can't be able to do nothing...
involved in desperation I compiled and installed SyncCE (the 0.10 that should works on windows mobile 2005) on my proud gentoo
But it don't work......... What's the matter with those bill gates phones? On the phone I have add a in port with protected connection...

is it possible to connect a usb internet dongle via an adapter to htc touch to browse the internet . my htc is not unlocked so i cant put the three network sim card into the phone so i just wondered if it possible ?

I'm a bit of a newb, but if you flash your ROM I think you'll lose all mobile locks - try Dutty's or Miri's as I can vouch they're both stable and feature-packed, but there's a lot of choice out there
no currently it don't support usb host which is required to use other usb devices
only 2 htc devices support usb host don't seem to be a priority for htc

hi guys, i am new to HD2 and i have a small problem with it in which i have a sonyericsson X1 and i can use the internet on it via my PC wireless. i bought an HD2 but i can't connect it to PC in the same way of X1 to use internet via PC. in my x1 i search for WiFi and i found my PC but by HD2 i search but i don't found my PC.
