Hello, I have searched google and this forum for now 1 hour and I couldn't find any user made pictures (with different angle and especially the front of the phone) of the white carbon fiber phantom skinz for vibrant or galaxy S i9000.
Can someone help me out ?
Thanks a lot.
There's one thread about it with some pictures, but it's for the black one... i don't know if it will work for you but here's the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=740574&highlight=phantom

I was about to get it yesterday but I wasn't sure it will look good on the front. would be nice to see a front pic
Yea I was wondering how does the white cover the chrome bezel on the front... On the black one its quite nice and covers it partly and as the chrome is itself darkish, it blends well with the black carbon cover.
But dark chrome on white ??? I'm doubtfull.
Well at worst you can just not install the strips for the front but meh... If that thing falls the chrome bezel will be damaged for sure then.
That's why we desperatly need a front picture :>
little up ^^

There seems to be a speak or chip in the lens of my camera. Recently Ive noticed when Im framing up a shot or after I take a pic they all have a few pixel distortion in the same place. I have taken the back off my phone and looking at it under a magnifying glass I cant see any chips on the lens, could there be dirt or something behind the lens and if so can I take the lens off to clean it?
Here is what it looks like in my pics. It seems to be under the glass that you can touch after taking off the back panel?

i'd say that's on the sensor, not the lens, since the spot is too focused. Looks like a damaged sensor, then...
was it like this when you got the phone?
or has it just started to appear?
Im not sure, I rarely use my camera so I never noticed it before but after recording a video and seeing the speck and trying to clean the lens I have arrived here for help. I mainly use my G1 and never had an issue but I think my MyTouch may have come like this. I got it off ebay so that may have been why they were selling it. The speck is always perfectly clear and its not a HUGE inconvenience but if there is a way to fix/replace it I would like too.
bumpity bump bump
I think it looks kind of cool. I still have the stock internals too. This was a spare.

Not hard at all. 6 T5 screws. Hardest part was masking off everything for painting.
please help me out on this one(need anser asap please) how did you color the camara rim and the interior including the kickstand intirior and what pain did you use? thanks in advance
you just mask off the lens and bam your can now paint the camera rim and interior kickstand. if you have to ask how then i would suggest not trying if you are in experienced with painting. not trying to be rude.
to the op that looks good please post pic once you get clear cover and black battery.
I think its sick as hell, been thinking pdf doing it to mine but don't have access to do it.....good work.

It also looks like the screen cracked (white aslant line), though I have to say the front glass is perfectly fine (not even a scratch). I haven't used it for about a week and I don't remember having it dropped during that time. Does anyone know what is it? Is it even possible to have broken LCD with front glass being untouched?
I'm in Europe right now but I have valid warranty - does anyone know if there is any B&S support here or I have to send it to my family in US?
Wow looks pretty ****ed up.
Wish I could tell you whats wrong but to tell the truth, the best thing I could give you is a guess...

Yup. You're screen is pooched. You can try and find a 3rd party screen replacement overseas, but your best bet is to send it back to the states and see if you can get it repaired or replaced under warranty.
Hi guys,
For a long time I'm wondering is there's a plastic layer on the camera when you buy it. I notice something that could go for a plastic ring-formed layer around the camera lens, that holds a little dust at the rounded edges with time, but cant be pulled off? I tried all differend kind of things, but it won't come off... Still, I asked everyone of my family to see if they agree they see a plastic ring too, and they all said yes..
Have you noticed anything like this on your S4 camera?

Yes, there is a plastic guard on camera.
In my case, it popped out a bit from corner some months ago, which I later pulled off.
I cant seem to pull it..
Sent from my GT-I9505 using xda app-developers app
there is a plastic layer over it
remember I tried to pull it off also and had some trouble since it seem not to remove
try with a sharp razor (at least that way I managed to remove it)
Hi all,
I made so research on google and xda, I want to be sure before contacting the seller.
I bought S4 amoled screen from a ebay seller, twice. On my second screen I bought I have a greenish filter all over the screen when dark scene and low brightness.
The dark grey color appear like 8bit big pixels.
I found the app screen adjuster, but it only correct some dark scene, not all, and it doesn't remove the greenish filter.
On bright scenes, the screen is OK.
Any permanent solution , or I should contact the seller?

It looks like the screen is not connected properly, or is damaged or incompatible. Please double-check the connectors are clean and properly fitted.
I've seen issues like this before when replacing laptop screens.
I would contact your seller for a replacement if nothing appears to be wrong with your connections.
