Me looking for same as well...
The headset that came with the Aino is white and looks just like the mw600, they probably used that headset in the promo video. However this headset lacks the oled screen and thus will not show caller id etc..

You can see here on the black version that it doesn't have a real screen.
on the SE website it say that color is only black so i think there is no white one
On the promotional video, it's totally white not like the one from Aino, maybe it's just made for that video. Anyway, I am using the headset of my previous phone which is white as well, but not bluetooth...

the thing with some of the bluetooth headsets is that they are optimized for some mobile phones, just like the mw600 and SE phones, and some controls do not work on other phones. so before you buy you should dig a little

as for the cornered 2.5 adapter...I agree. it would be better to use it instead of mine... however, I searched for an adapter like the one you mentioned.. but I found nothing, except for a very small white 2.5 mm adapter.. and I couldn't use it!
BTW.. you should have seen the ( prototype ) adapter I made be4 this one... it was a JUNK, but it worked ... I was just trying to see if I'll get a mono sound or stereo... since somebody ( here or in HoFo ) said that 3.5 adapter will give mono sound only :!:
anyway.. I got stereo, that's why I made a new one...

I could not find anyone locally who supplies stereo converters, so I made my own after seeing this thread! Works great!
At least i can now use my own headphones!

The headphone jack has the ability to accept a headset with a microphone. It works great. As far as usb, I haven't any idea. But I hope that knowing about the jack will help.

That does help...unfortunately I would like to use a Logitech headset that utilizes both a headset and mic input separately. Would a splitter work with this? Other than the colors there isn't really any difference between those two.
And sorry, those won't do it. I've included a pic below. If you will notice that there are three black bands on the tip of this one vs the two black bands on the tips of those others. That extra seperator is for the microphone.
This should do what you are wanting. If you can get a good enough look at the photo you should see a headset icon and a microphone icon on the female ends. It is a bit more expensive. But I didn't search for price, just the item. You can probably find cheaper at monoprice.com or maybe Ebay... Good Luck.

Haven't gotten it yet.. RadioShack didn't carry it and the one one in your link had bad reviews that it doesn't work..I'm looking for a well reviewed inexpensive adapter, I'll let ya know how it pans out.

You do realise that the tab has a built in mic, right? but I can understand if you want something with a bit better quality. Might be worthwhile checking out USB headsets too, but can't guarantee they will work on the A500. If you decide to buy one, make sure the store has a good return policy just in case.

You don't see the port? It's right next to the holographic 3d digital display screen that sits just under the normal screen we use, tear your phone apart it's really there!

So unless he has a developer unit, there is NOT an HDMI port on his Play.
I also recently took apart every inch of my play looking for a port, with no luck whatsoever.

Update: the charger seems to be switching on and off keeping the screen on at times. Wait before you run to get one, might just be a 1 off but this is not working right.

Completely OFF is the only way to charge wirelessly, otherwise it just keeps charing on and off. I went back to the store and tried on the matt on display and same thing happened, only the screen kept flickering very quickly and had to turn it off.
Confused.

It's either a software glitch or when the screen is on, the phone demands more power, and the Nokia charger cannot provide enough. Now, the latter is probably not the case.

Ohh then I can easily fix it, how do I change the setting so the screen doesnt turn on automatically when its charging?
I am new to android and cant find the setting under Display or Battery.. wonder if it can be turned off? otherwise I have a feeling Nokia chargers aint an option for Nexus 4 and I just wasted £45..

I just got a LG WCP-700 coming over for £40. I've heard it works fine other than an annoying beep so planning to rip the speaker out of it. I will let you know how it works
