Hello,
I would like to know if there is a solution to store all received emails - contacts - calendar items in my memory card 1GB.
I have a Universal device.
Thanks in advance,
Best regards :?:
Can I know the default storage place for SMS,MMS and Email.
As i know we could configure the attachment to store on storage card?
Any way to store all of those in storage card by it self.??
tq
I have tweak the emails to store both body and attachment on Storage Card. After a hard reset, how do I setup the email account again to recognize the emails already on the Storage Card? A normal backup/restore is not practical because of the large amount of data size. Any tweak such as editing the registry?
Hi,
1. I've got 4 accounts on gmail, just set them and coped to receive all emails
from server but only from inbox. how to get all emails from "sent", "drafts" and "deleted items"? I go to "sent" folder, hit send/receive and the phone performs: connecting, loggining on, looking for changes, receiving headers but there is no messages at all.
Finaly after 5min got the message "Messages cannot be downloaded.Make sure settings r correct", how to set a gmail account?
2. Is there any way to change the storage of emails on memory card?
I went to menu-options-storage and marked "when available, use this storage card to store attachement" but it seems that phone memory is still in use as free space is decreasing. Is this option only for attachement? if yes how to transfer everything emails and attachements to storage card?
Thx

Click to collapse
Thanks, I didn't scroll down to get into TOOLS, anyway I set everything properly and still have the same problem.....
Ok found the solution - it must be POP instead IMAP to download all folders.
Any idea about question nr 2?
Syncing multiple folders normally works with imap too - or there's something particular to gmail. But I'm using them with an other account that's using imap.
To question no2, no, not possible to move everything to storage card. The checkbox indeed does only attachments.
Hi,
Please advice how to make outlook write e-mail bodies and attachments to Storage Card. To keep device memory clean for the users with a lot of e-mails.
Not Sktools please. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=719080
Thanks.
