How to Change Mega Lock screen to one similar to HD mini

HI all , I am a newbie to windows apps. can someone please help me ..I need to change the default Lockscreen on my HTC touch 2 special edition . Can it be changed to the Drop down screen linke in HD mini....
I am using the default ROM.
Please guide me how to do this....

I've been looking for in xda forums about whether is possible install Miui 7 on UMI Touch or Super, but I can't found it..
Anyone know how do it? Is it possible? Is there a way?
