Dude, you mean samsung-firmwares.com?
Did you even look at the download page?
Hint: it's right next to link to download, where it says PASS:. It's the same for all of them. Check the image below.

that makes it easier thanks

Had the same problem I downloaded for the first time

In my browser samsung-firmwares.com says they've closed down after an email from Samsung. Not really surprised if it wasn't official.

@Formula84 Its better for not. We check download stats how lower the downloads no new files comming.
Attached is ODIN 1.85 and instructions thanks to crawrj for the files.
Code:
IMPORTANT: Make sure you have installed the proper XP or Win7 drivers before starting. Also, remove the SD card from the phone (this may not be necessary, but having the SD card installed has caused Odin to fail for a number of people, so might as well just do it).
1. Extract the contents of the zip file to a folder
2. Open odin
3. Put your phone in download mode (Shut it off, wait for lights to all go out, then hold 1 on the keyboard while powering up)
4. connect phone (you should see odin put a Com4 or something like that in the first box. The actual number is NOT important what is important is something popped up there when you connected your device, meaning ODIN can see it)
5. The only box that should be checked is Auto Reboot.
6. You do not need to choose a pit file.
7. In the PDA Section choose the tar file. (Should be the sph-d700-****-8Gb-REL.tar)
8. Hit start. It will do its thing.
9. If it fails than try a new cable.
10. If the phone hangs for any reason take the battery and sdcard out and let it sit for an hour. Put it back together and try again.

Good work in changing the title slightly. I was about to make a bug thread as I figured it was going to start at some point in time. I haven't put a single leak on my phone yet, but I might depending on the initial reactions of this one.
Did they strip out the debug stuff? That may be why its so small...dling now
Very nice

Flashing now. Ill report back in a little while. You might want to add to the op that the tar needs to be extracted twice. once to get it out of the folder and once again when you have it on the desktop. If you notice once its extracted the first time it has a .7z extension on the end of it.
You MUST odin this in the PDA slot. It kept hanging at FactoryFS when using Phone slot.

By having mirror we will not be giving them a true number of following users of their release.
Hotfile is fast and the wait is 15 sec.
Maybe if you are going to this you can keep track of the downloads for the next couple days and give them feedback via twitter.

I don't think the bandwidth is limited, only the amount of storage you can use. I've only added about 200 MB of storage so far, and I've had numerous downloads. Still says I have 4.8 GBs left.
As for bugs. INstalled GPS Status right off the bat and was only getting 2-3 sats locked. Did the cleared the modem memory http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1226074 when I flashed CWM in Odin and now I'm getting 5 sats.
Nevermind. Busybox did install and showed up after I rebooted.
After flashing Su it looks like I have root. I can't install Busybox even though the installer says I'm rooted.I can delete system apps with Root Explorer and Titaniaum Backup.

I just remember the ERA guys put their ROM on dropbox at first, and it got stopped when they exceeded bandwidth. At least, I thought that was the case but I could be wrong.

you just have to put the firmware update on the micro sd, in a subfolder in the instructions in the download it tells you which folder
you then just pull the battery and reboot- it sees the folder and updates it.
only issue is it originally thought I was in London but that was easily resolved .
just make sure you look under the battery for the right model information

i would not doubt it
i dont know the change log
but i have seen two users report the 13.2.2.2 update
it could not be anything more than to mess up the work around that people have been getting away with by updating the build.prop
because when i try to change the build.prop to 14.3.2.2_user_322095220 in all the right places and try to save it the way i did before using root explorer it saves as 0 kb and is blank when i look at it.so i delete it and change the build.prop.bak file that is created when changing the build.prop back to build.prop because i am afraid to reboot with the blank one in fear of a brick

Google "hdx 8.9 download"
Find the Amazon page that lets you manually download the updates
The download link points to 14.3.2.1..
Copy that link into a new browser window and edit it in two places
this is for 8.9 obviously

What Changed?
Wonder what changed... the recovery, kernel(s) and system apps all appear to be the same. There must be some critical bugs that had to be urgently patched with this latest update coming so quick on the tail of the 13.3.2.1 update.
[Edit]Upon closer inspection, looks like there are some noticeable changes in the following apps:
WhisperlinkSdk.apk
WhisperplayActivityView.apk
WhisperplayCDSSettings.apk
WhisperplayCore.apk
WhisperplayQCSource.apk
com.amazon.communication.apk
com.amazon.tcomm.apk

I've updated 13.3.2.2, somehow opened when the machine is updated immediately so!!
I wonder if it would be possible to insert the SU binaries in this new update and then manually install it without breaking the signature
I just did a manual "Check Update" on my HDX 7 and it said no new updates, but only has 13.3.2.1.
I did sniff the traffic from the Kindle during this check and found that it contacted "softwareupdates.amazon.com" - which I now blocked in my router for what its worth.
Captured packets attached just in case they're useful.
Well crap. Blocking the server as above on my home LAN did stop the update from ever happening but I forgot to turn WiFi off at School and what do you know, 13.2.2 snuck right on in in a matter of minutes

install safestrap on both stock and rom slot one
so it will not be able to fully update it will bootloop back to safestrap according to GSLEON3
Update the hosts file on the kindle to point to localhost(127.0.0.1) or something. That might, or might not offer some help on WiFi you don't control. You'll need to still have root to do this of course.

[GUIDE] [NO ROOT] Manually update firmware from update.zip

Tested on non-rooted KIW-L22 Indian version. Using this method successfully updated from B370 to B381. For manually update your firmware without root just follow the instructions........
1. Download and install Firmware Finder from play store.
2. Open Firmware Finder. Click on menu or swipe left ? edge to right. Click on settings and check "use proxy for install". Now wait for sometimes for downloading the proxy apps.
3. After downloading proxy apk, install it and open. Now close it.
4. Open Firmware Finder. Click on refresh icon at lower right ? corner. You will find various package for your device. (My base firmware was B370 so I clicked on B381. Coz it was latest firmware for my device.). Now click on the latest package depending on your base firmware and download it.
5. When download finished go to phone settings. If you're using WiFi network then go to the WiFi and click and hold on the connected network name. And click forgot network. Now again click on that network name and connect. It will asks for password. Enter your password then click on advanced options. And type port : 8080, server : localhost. After typing click on connect.
If you are using mobile network then go to the phone settings and click on more. Then click on mobile network>access point names. Now edit into your apn and type localhost in Proxy and 8080 in Port. Save the apn.
6. Open Firmware Finder. Click on refresh icon and click on the package name which you have downloaded. Then click on "Send firmware to updater". Wait, till Firmware Finder Proxy opens.
7. Now minimize everything. GO to phone settings, scroll down and touch on "UPDATE". You'll see a new firmware package available for your device. Just click on QUICK UPDATE and download. Wait for 10 - 15 seconds, then pause the download.
8. Now open file manager and go to the internal storage. Scroll down and open HWFF >null. You'll find "update.zip" file here. Copy it and go back. Scroll down to HwOUC folder. Open the folder, you'll find another folder in it which starts with some digit. Open it and paste the copied update.zip file here. (there are already a update.zip file in it, during paste it shows do you want to replace? Just click yes).
9. Go to phone settings. Scroll down and open UPDATE. THEN resume download. It will show 100%. Reboot your device and update.
Press thanks button if I help you..........

I know this post is a year old, and thanks for your effort. If an update, even older one is available though, wouldn't it eventually be pushed to the update app on a stock phone without doing this? I ask because I just got my husband's L24 factory reset on B331 and it then received a D003 cust ota update.... though it is dated from 2016.

I think with Motorola RSD secure cloud links, you either need to be a service centre member or have specific authorisation to log-on to that server. I don't think it's for general public use, and it's entirely possible they've locked it down after seeing links from XDA or other sources. The Android File Host link should suffice though.

That procedure of right clicking the link and downloading/saving the link does not work for me:
Chrome (Android) v64.0.3282.123 > Download link: Download failed due to an unknown error.
Chrome (Mac) v63.0.3239.132 > Download link as... Opens a window to save file but results in: File forbidden.
Firefox (Mac) v57.0.4 Quantum: Downloads a 243 byte file from the RSD server.
I think I do not have the correct authorisations to download anything from the Motorola RSD server (which should be the case, even if this would be a useful resource for multiple Moto users).

I think the RSD link is working for you as you've got a Motorola account/have access to a Motorola account or were authorised to log-on as you mentioned above. For everyone else, seems that the AFH link should suffice.
