Hey guys, I'm interested in buying an SE X1 / Xperia as soon as possible in Germany. Anyone already bought one here?
It would be great if someone could tell me if there's a shop in or near by Hannover that already sells Xperias. Has Media Markt / Saturn finally started selling them?
unfortunately no shop in germany sells the X1 in Germany yet
the rumor is that due to Software Problems the delivery of the X1 is delayed which is bull since it works fine in the uk and everywhere else
I have pre-ordert it by thephonehouse but nobody can tell me when it will arrive

As internal people said, the x1 just arrived on Friday at the central point of o2. Now it must be carried to the shops. Because they do not carry on saturdays, the will do this on monday. Therefore the x1 will be available in the shops tuesday/wednesday.

Tried to buy the Xperia in Hannover today, but no shop got it (Saturn, Madia Markt, Vodafone, E-Plus, O2, T-Punkt, mobilcom, ...). They all say that they have no Date from SE and that they expect it mid november..

I went today at 7mobile shop
they got stock today on their central stores but not yet on their shop in hamburg. This means that if you want to buy online they can send immediately.
I ordered mine today. I will let you know...
Handit in Berlin has it on stock too.
O2 has it in the central stock at Karlstein but yesterday arrived a problem, that they are not allowed to sell (some licence problem?) as I heard of an insider. That shall be only a problem of o2 -I can wait.
The main problem for me is that as a business user I get a 2days change of the PPC at my office in cause of a defect, if I buy at o2. Thats very important for me, therefore I will wait for o2 to sell it.
Cyberport doesn't have it on stock anymore according to their website..
@informatico: Did they say when they expect it in their shop in Hamburg?

I've ordered mine (silver) last Friday on logitel.de, yesterday it was sent out, and tomorrow it should arrive

I went to my 02 shop today, as I did the last days
Today they told me, that they can not order the x1, because o2 told them they had only few and only the big stores get a few.
Being back in office I called the hotline. After a lot of investigating there around 11:00 am I was told that for total Germany there are only 48 (fortyeight!!!!) X1 left to sell. I ordered one and I was told to get one of this 48 ... Hope this is the truth, they said I will get it in 3-4 days.
Shame to o2 to order just a little amount not to be able to deliver to their own shops!
So, Saturn in Köln (Cologne) has it. There is one left for 699€ without contract in black. I played now about one and a half hours with it and wrote a little "review" of my opinion on telefon-treff.de (in german). So if you want to have it, you should hurry right now they closed, so tomorrow morning it'll be for absolutely sure still there. You can get it^^ grüße, cad

Hi phenx, try handit.de, they have it in stock and in the past I have made good experience with them.
I just ordered mine @7mobile (588€ vs. 649€ @handit). I called them and they confirmed it is available and they will send it out today, but their store won't get any Xperias before the next shipment arrives.. some time in November. And Hamburg isn't that far away and I can get there for free as I'm a student So should be no problem if my X1 will become defect..

the alu finish looks very pretty, but the construction of the battery
cover is horrible. and the micro sd will not relase by its own.

I heard that it would be around 4.8 K kr so thats seems expensive. If i can get one from ebay now for €450 including shipping thats seems pretty mutch better, and trhen i get it a few days erlier... Anyone knows if swedish will be able in an update to the foreign magic's when the swedish is released??

The 4800 number that was being thrown around last week did not include VAT (moms). 4800 plus Swedish moms = 6000.

400 Euros is a much nicer price range for the Magic. 565 is just.. a bit too steep.

Ja, så snart en svensk ROM dyker upp så skall det fungera utmärkt. Vi har precis köpt in en tysk Magic som vi skall använda för att skapa guider för just sådana här saker på den svenska Androidportalen som du ser i min signatur.
To not piss anyone off by speaking Bork-bork I'll take it in English too: Yes, as soon as a Swedish ROM is available it won't be a problem. We've just bought a German HTC Magic that we're gonna use to create guides and such for the Swedish Android portal you see in my signature.

Does someone know if Media Markt Germany or Saturn Germany offer international shipping?
Specifically to Sweden, sure we have Media Markt too, but I doubt we will get your prices. My alternative right now is to buy from the Play Store Germany trough mygermany-logistics or addressgermany, which both will total at 350 euros which is really cheap compared to every possible Swedish price you could expect. If possible I would like to get rid of the middle hand though and buy directly from the retailer.

Don't think so. It has to do with Amazon not receiving stock. Amazon UK never listed it, so I assuming DE IT and ES were too eager to jump the gun only to find out they wouldn't be receiving stock.

I ordered the black one (32gb) from amazon IT and i haven't received any email about delays... and btw, starting from the very first day when the s6 edge was listed on the italian website, amazon clearly stated (just check the italian website) that only the 32Gb black version would have been available for shipping on the 10th of april.
So i'm guessing it was just amazon.de who was too eager to start pre-orders without checking for availability first.

I still cannot understand why amazon.de did this when amazon (the italian website at least) knew that there wouldn't be enough stock for everyone.
Probably they just tried to get as many pre-orders as possbile hoping that clients wouldn't cancel when given the "news".
It's even stranger because a couple of little shops in italy located in the middle of nowhere are already allowing you to try the new galaxy s6 edge and they are also saying that they have a good amount of phones in stock (which they can't sell yet).
If they don't ship on the 10th think I will cancel my order and purchase one from the uk.
