Helpppppppppppppppp.. - HD2 General

Hello everyone...
i try to install rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=636137
and when i intslled it it stucks on loading HTC screen....
I LOST MY PHONE?!?!?! ITS BRICKED?!?!?!?!

PLEASE REPLY FAST...I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO :x:x:x:x:x:x:x

Take it easy...
If it starts to boot then it's not bricked...
Did you install HSPL?
Try to enter bootloader, if u can it's not bricked.
What HD2 do you have TMOUS or standard version?
Does the ROM u flashed is for both version?
Did u flash compatible radio for your ROM?
Go step by step through these questions and u will find why your HD2 is not booting properly...
cheers...

hspl is installed...
my phone its not tmobile...its standard version....
The rom i think that its good for me.....read here and tell me please, because im noob http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=636137
my radio is Leo_RADIO_2.12.50.02_2

Did u try to enter bootloader?
Cheef of this ROM didn't stated which radio is to be used with his ROM. Try to read through the thread and see which radio others are using.
Try to flash another ROM. There is plenty of theme here on XDA...
Don't rush, read through threads before flashing ROM to see if others have problems with ROM u try to flash...
cheers...

ok man! it loads with boot loader....im lucky!

delete my thread!!! its all ok! thanks man!

Looking for Official TMO UK ROM

Hi all
I apologise if this has been asked and answered but I can't seem to find any info on this... I am looking for the original TMobile UK ROM, I want to flash custom ROMS to my phone but want the official ROM just in case I need to return my phone for some reason..
Any help on this would be great...
Thanks
"leo official roms"thread first post first link first folder.
Thanks... Quick question for you, If I install HSPL and flash with a custom ROM... Then decide to go to the TMobile ROM using that ROM, will that remove the HSPL or not... I'm only asking in case I need to take my phone in for repair or something...

install hspl then flash anything you like using USB, , then if you ever need to totally factory reset, use the tmo rom you just got and flash from sd card, that will reset spl, radio and rom to factory shipped. If you flash the T Mo from USB it will not remove hspl, but it will work fine, and is usefull sometimes to 'reset' the memory between different cooked roms.

How to change HTC HD2 Taiwanese Chinese language to English version?

Please help, Anybody know to re flash ROM from Taiwanese Chinese version to English version?
Will this process damage the phone? I heard the hardware is different for Taiwanese version (from the customer service in Taiwan)
I called HTC customer service they wont help me!!, I bought wrong I thought is easy to change language. I wish I knew
Thanks for your help
uhm, by reading the Tutorials in this forum
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=609477
Don't worry. Also I bought my HD2 from Taiwan. Official Rom was Taiwanese. Now, I use Customized rom which is English
Firstly you need to install HSPL, and then you can install any of customized rom. It's very easy. You can use an English rom in few minutes. I use XannyTech Pandora 1.6 and I'm very happy with this rom. You should use too.

before you install hspl to your hd2, you must back-up your Official Stock rom, so that you will have no worries uninstalling your hspl by flashing to sd card....
Hi volkansa, Thanks for help to answer my question.
Dio you mind to give me the link and instruction to do this HSPL and how to back up the original ROM just incase I got in trouble. Im very rookie on this
Thanks
Actually, I don't know any backup tool for full rom. But you don'y need to backup current rom. If you install HSPL, you can use any customized rom when you are any trouble. For example My first rom was crashed, and I downloaded another customized rom and I had easily install another customized rom with CustomRUU.exe file.
- For HSPL instruction, you should check first page of HTC Leo: HD2 > HD2 ROM Development section. You will see "[HSPL] How to Flash Everything " on that section. Then click it the link.
- and find the link of HSPL.zip then download and install it from your computer while your phone connected to your pc with ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center which are depends your Windows Operation System. If you use XP you should use ActiveSync; if you use Vista or Windows 7 you should use Windows Mobile Device Center.
- After installation your phone will restarted and then it will be ready for new customized roms.
- Now you need to get backup of your personal datas such as Messages, Contact List, Call Logs, Speed Dial records etc. I use PimBackup utility for them you can try it, if you want. It's very easy. And also you should use Storage Device for backup. It's very important. If you use main storage, you will lost your backups after flashing new rom.
- Then pick you favorite roms and download it. Then use instruction of that customized rom. That's it. You have a new rom

[q] need help my htc hd2 do not work anymore

Hi Guys ,
i have a big Problem here , i try to flash Android on my HTC HD2 but now i have nothing on my device. i use EasyAndroid 0.7.1 to flash the HD2. Everthing worksfine but after "wipe my device" i cannot install an new ROM ??
I do the following things.
1.) look wich spl on my device , there was 3.03.0000 and install the rigt version of HSPL if i press the volume down key during boot i see in the second line 3.03.HSPL
2.) i checked wich version of Radio is installed there was 2.15.50.14 the right one i think so i started Easy Android 0.7.1
All Steps do work but now i cannot flash magdlr to my device ?? After Wipe i see no rom version but i think this is correct or not ??
I need my phone so i will pray to you guys to help me ....
MAGLDR is only working with 2.08 hspl!
omg im so dumb now i reed this ARGL is my device now ready for the Trash ???

Just start again from the beginning. Don't miss a step at all and read at least 10 posts from each thread before doing anything. to your phone.
Really all you need to do is wipe it clean and do it right this time.
Happy learning...
Also you might just be better using this tool for the work in hand.
Download the HD2Toolkit. You can click here to get it > http://nrgz28.sylvester20007.com/HD2...lkit_setup.exe (original thread at http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1090783 )
im sorry but icke saids magldr is not for 3.03.HSPL ist there an alternative Bootloader hiw i can install on my device ? I found an original Rom now i have wimo 6.5 again but i want Android , im new in the scene so i think i ask some dumb questions but everyone of us was an beginner or not ?
Why not just flashing 2.08 hspl?!
Same steps as flashing 3.03 hspl.
just don't use HSPL 3.03. it's for other uses MAGLDR for installing Android only runs on HSPL 2.08. there is no need for thinking that higher number is better, it's a tool built for a job.
If the tool you are using does not do it use another one. I added a link in the last post to a different set of tools that is designed for end users that need everything all in the one place HD2 ToolKit, give it a try.
Could i flash HSL 2.08 over my existing one 3.03 ?
Yeah. No problem. Keep in mind that only cLK works with both HSPLs.
It works thanks .... i flashed the HSPL 2.08.HSPL do the device and everthing works fine ....
Glad you solve it! And next time as ForgetfulGuru said just read the thread more carefully! Cheers!

Well done and welcome to the frustrating world of flashing Android. Now all you need to do is try every other ROM and work out why that one doesn't work like the other and you go round and round in circles till you end up back where where where where. Oops brain just Forced Closed . ;-)
