FORMAT FAIL !! during a hard reset.

hey guys thanks for being helpful alot of times..
My O2 XDA MINI S gets stuck at the startup operator logo ..
I FLASHED IT WITH THE NEW 2.21.4.1 ROM AND OS ,, but its still the same
NOW IM TRYING TO FORMAT IT WITH A HARD RESET BY PRESSING THE SEND BUTTON ,,BUT IT SAYS "FORMAT FAIL"..... Please help me as i really miss the phone..

I am afraid that usually means you have a faulty rom memory chip. Send the device back to the supplier for repair - its a hardware problem not a software problem.

BUT IF ITS A hardware fault how was i able to flash it to the newer version ? 2.21 ?
Is there any thing else i can do to the phone ? to make it ? LIKE THE IMEI OR SOME KIND OF LOCK ?

The rom will flash but stll fails to boot - there have been other posts with exact same problem and that was the reply by summiter or faria if I remember right. (Both v experienced at flashing and putting together roms) Do a srearch - failed format will prob find those posts.

ive heard if I can upgrade the phone through the SD CARD then it can get back to normal ..
Please some one can be kind enough to guide me through it or mail me the dump of the os for the sd card.. O2 XDA MINI S

I had and now I can't do anything, so hope somebody help us, try to find out how to save ourlife's !

xperia softs resets alone!!!

Hi , Im having one problem with my phone... Its turning off and on by itself ...
Im having this problem since I upgrade to Kid_DC Media OS (4.2) .
So... what could be the problem , cuz now I upgrade to agent_47 Valkyrie_v1 rom , and I still have the problem .
ps : I ve been changing the rom since I hace my xperia , but before I upgrade to kid_DC's rom I didnt have the soft reset problem .

You must make several HARD RESET,after that it will work ok.

Of course I hard reset my device , ive done it like 10 times !! and my device still soft reseting... Actually I installed a Winmo 6.1 Rom (touch it 9 ) and at the moment I havnt faced the problem xD!!

my htc Jade with ROM FRA 232 have a problem with telephone
it will not activate the phone
when it asked me to activate the phone i clik yes but no result
i have access to all connections bluetooth wifi airplane but when i clik to phone
nothing's done
i did hard reset
I flash it but no result

[Q] Problem HTC TyTn - Briked ?

Hi all,
I have one HTC TyTn. I borrowed it to one mate to see if he could fix the SIM problem (wouldn't detect it). I think he bricked my phone!
When I turn on it stays like the image below
