hi, i have a old htc touch (elf) version
sometimes he work perfectly ... but when he go in sleep mode or in use he freeze or stay on a black screen... the led green on the speaker blink normaly or stay green... i have try to load a new rom , a original rom ... go to the technical service 3 times and nothing solved ...
somebody have an idea ?
(sorry for my english ... if someone speak french ...)

my k-jam stoped for work
when I turn on or restart ,it appear me white screen next the screen turn off
but the windows it is work >>>> I can hear the sound from K-jam but screen is still off
I try enter to hardware screen but it appear me white screen next turn off
I check the screen and wire from screen and board all thing it work
(the problem not in screen and wire)
can any body help me :

Force it get into bootloaders (multicolor screen),if it gets there,flash with official rom. Or it might be the LED screen giving up on you.

when i use my cruise for a long period of time and with the batery meter i see the temperature goes about 30C the screen distorts and goes black(the backlight on) and nor with a soft reset the screen comes back. So when i put the cruise in the front of an conditioner air for some minutes the screen come back to normal.
sometimes the temperature goes to 30~38 and the cruise is normal and i can use normally. I'm using the bepes rom .58 and with the oficial rom WWE the problem is the same.
the phone work normally but i cannot see anything, i can receive call and parently the phone is working.
possibly i received an defective unit??
anyone can help me??

Sorry for my english but I am from Bulgaria.My problem is that the screen of my MDA went white but everything else work fine.I remove the battery and turn it on again but the screen stay white and there are sounds and vibration on the screen.I read a lot of treads but i coudn't find the answer.I will be happy if someone can help me

I have a problem with the touch screen on my HD2 ... To be more specific only the left part of it is functional.
For example if the keybord is on i can dial only 147* the rest of the sccreen is not reponding ... or ... If i press the start button i can access only the first column in the menu ( Settings, Email and so on... )
Could it be a screen calibration problem, and if it it does someone know how can i calibrate it if 75% of the screen is no responding ? OR the more drastic sollution ... change the touch screen ... ( i really hope i can avoid doing this.. ) )
Did you had this kind of problem with the phone ? Any sollutins ?

there is a problem with the HD2 that the digitiser for the screen fails. You can repair it yourself if you technically minded but I recommend you send it for repair.
Hello, today i want your help please, my mom was using her phone and suddenly it falls from her hands, just a heigh of 2", maybe less, and then the screen became a black screen, we can still hear the notifications and vibration, butr the screen doesnt show any image, its just black, even with reboot it only show me a black screen and then the dispolay turns off, but the phone still working, any idea of what's happening here?
