2.5 Glass Clock Cleaner Home Screen
I erased all of the highlights and backgrounds for clock, date, notifications, calendar and probably something else I am forgetting. You can see which manila files are changed from the attached files. I had some trouble trying to cab it up so unzip put in windows, resart sense.
That looks real nice!
Cleaner Still at home
So I managed to clean up those pesky dark spots under tasks and the divider between date and alarm.
I also erased the dark black line on top of the stock tab. That file is 57d37bb0_manila if you don't care delete the file before install.
The divider is 5112925f_manila
The Underlayment for program names is 5a0ed80b_manila

Made a skin for the hybrid (dual OS) user. For fun only.
Things used: WA3, HTC home, skins and icons from different authors, some new skinning knowledge. I dont have softkeys visible at the bottom (I use only the hard buttons) so I get more screen space. The black one below is my replacement for the green 6.1 screen.
Having Schap's Advanced Config and KaiserTweak helps in addition to the above programs user menus, and Wisbar skins by Juni are sweet. I personally photoshopped the magnifying glass in the bottom left for the popups for the new tasks, as well as the "A" for apps, and moved the settings from another HTC home customizer icon set. dThis is a fast layout that is really simple looking but everything is accessible by hardbutton maps and touchscreen UI.
I was going to call it something playing off the Parallels idea, but the Titan doesn't have enough ram to make that believable
I will give you the skins and icon folders if you like any of this.

Maybe if some people want it, I will post links to the programs and the skin files I made but I would like to learn how to skin mortplayer a bit better. I have to put together the slices so I can skin it with the same background (notice it is a mix of the default desktop backgrounds for the two OS).
dude i want it
Here is what you will need. You will need the following:
Wisbar Advanced: This is where you will use the skin from inside Macrosoft WA toolbar.zip. Install skin file while in wisbar then make sure the windows/apple icon is there in the folder. If not overwrite with the one from the archive.
HTC Home and HHC Customizer 1.0: First you will need to load the most current HTC Home and then open HHC Customizer. Download the following skins: 1. Background = Transparent 2. Clock = Segoe shaded transparent 3. Mac Leopard. I turned off weather and music. You can do what you want. You will need to put those icons in the HTC Home folder into the one on the phone in the HTC Home folder.
Macrosoft background can be opened in pictures and videos to set as background with 0% transparency.
You will need to overwrite the welcomehead.96.png file. Cut from this archive and paste to \Windows.
Next, run the macrosoft.cab for a replacement background on the phone skin.
Lastly, you will need mortplayer and then unzip vista.zip and extract vista.mpz to mortplayer's folder in \Program Files\Mortplayer then select that from the menu.
That's it. Let me know if you have problems or if I forget something.
I would like to use color icons for today items like call history, calendar, alarm on/off.
Does anybody know if it is possible to replace these black and white icons?
they are not icons.they are part of one of the manila files.
you have to find the correct file,
extract the image to photoshop or similar,
then change the bit you want to change,
save new image,
put new image back in the manila file,
and then overwrite the file in your phone with the new one.
easy really.

Here you'll find a Photoshop file with basically all screen elements of the TF3D HD manila interface present.
Unless I've missed something all icons/button/etc are present except for the weather section. I've only included the main icons there so you can put your flag on the moon..
If somebody feels like mapping out every raindrop like in this psd file, please let me know so I can update the file
The bmp files of the photo and video sub menu's are present as well.
These will go in the windows directory.
I plan to add the blackstone dialer .. but am not sure it's that much needed.
The main idea was to map out the Manila files.
I've build it from itjes Full HD cab for the X1. As far as I know it should work for all other touch HD manila setups..
import/export
I've used the mode9editor to extract all png's.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3095189&postcount=1
The mode9editor has a batch import/export function.
When you use the layer names in the PSD file you're able to batch import all icons you'll change.
Transparency
Most icons will have either a red pixel line border or at least 2 red pixels at the corners.
This way you can select the alpha channel of the layer, crop your image and have to correct dimensions for the png/qtc file.
All you then need to do is remove the red pixel before saving.
For 99.9% of the images you can do it by a color select unless your new theme will be red
Buttons
All buttons that have a press and rest stage have been linked to each other and put on top of each other. In the corresponding layer you'll notice this soon enough
Tiny pixel files
There are a few images that are 1x1 or 2x2 pixels. These are present and I've tried to make all layers in logic order to be easy to find.
Some pixels are 100% transparent and therefor red which was easier to find
Batch PSD export
There is need to find or create a photoshop action that will:
- select layer
- crop by alpha selection
- remove red pixel
- export by layer name
- repeat this process for all layers
If there's anyone out there that can help me make such an action please do. As I have limited experience in advanced photoshop actions
All suggestions and help (especially with the photoshop actions) are welcome!
With a little help this can be an easy automated template for our own redesigning fetish

Would like it for someone to try the mp3 player on the touch HD.
Please check the upper thread for the zip file and let me know if it works there.
thanks allot!
The music tab library slider menu?
I am hoping to change just the highlights to the neon themed ones while leaving the background the default grey.
I like the way this works with the glass slider. I found which 13 files were the manila slider highlights and have done it to this already.
(see attached images for a better idea of what I mean)
Hi...for the past few days i've been through a lot of threads trying to figure out stuff like changing font color, color of notification bubble etc...without much luck. So detailing my problem here...plz see if you can help.
I started out with the cra**y vodafone theme on my TP2. The two biggest problems: the horrible red slider and the black font due to which i can only use light colored backgrounds.
To get rid of the first problem, I installed ohyeahar's color TF3d with no top/bottom curtains which works great but still the first part of the problem remains.
Also as you can see in the screenshot, the highlight bars in people and mail tabs are the same red (with black text) but the text color in the slider is white (see the mail notification bubble). So, is there a way i can:
1. Change the font color on all tabs to white?
2. Get rid of all the red?
Can it be done through registry editing (are there image files i can replace) or would it require a manila editor?
I used the Back to Black CAB which gives you a nice standard Black Manila.
THEN you can install any number of Themes with no further problem.
Download:-
http://www.4shared.com/file/10933096...3DIIBlack.html
Before installing it copy the "2330fc3c_manila" file from the windows directory and put it back after installation (otherwise your city names will be in French).
When installing DO NOT let your screen turn off and it takes about 20 mins to finish.

thanks...
