I'm after some swish transparent icons with a reflective look, similar to minimalism icons from the market. Prob is, I need to have these as PNG files so LauncherPro can see them.
Anyone recommend any good icon sets?

I've noticed just about every other android has this.. so I was curious. How hard would it be to port the "HTC Sense UI" theme to Droid 2? My dad has this theme on his Droid Incredible.. and my brother has it on his Droid X.. so I was curious. I really like the theme. Honestly, if it works good enough. I'd be willing to donate to a developer if they could include it in a rom. Currently running Squidly's FullBlur 2.3.2 deodexed w/ BigDX Serenity White Ported Theme for D2.

Is it Sense UI you want? Or just the flip clock? Because if the clock / weather is what you're after. There are a couple ways of getting that part on a Droid 2. I use Weather and Toggle Widgets app with h7c clock and h7c weather themes.

no no.. the actual UI. I have an awesome clock/weather widget already. No need for widgets. I want that half dome shaped home bar that it has. Wish i could just flash Droid Incredible's image over to my D2 lol
If you can do some basic photo editing you could probably make something pretty close and load it as a skin on launcherpro. Heck, somebody may have made one already.

Here you go. You must have launcher pro. Don't for get to back up your home screen settings through launcher pro so you can revert back. Watch the utube video so u know how to use it. No root needed. You must extract the navbar.zip to ur sd card to retrieve the images. Enjoy.

I had a desire before my dhd and i themed it in a wp7 fashion with the pic pack they dont fit the dhds screen size very well so id like you to help me theme my phone i have launcher pro and widget locker at the ready i really like the slide out folders theme dont no how or were to try if tho

I was wondering, am I the only one that is annoyed by the raised Icons in the 2.3 launcher? Like I look at the Froyo launcher an see the Icons are a bit closer to the dock, and when I go back to the 2.3 launcher its seems they are raised higher. Is there a way to lower the icons?

Whats a gingerbread launcher?
The default launcher that comes with 2.3.

Open up the apk
I use 7zip for that
Then go to res folder
Look around the folders in the res folder for the dock icons
Open up with like gimp or photoshop and nove the pic down

We (myself and energizerpanda) are proud to present you an icon pack (150 x 150 px) based on Symbian Anna. Some of the icons were taken from a system dump, and some of them were self-made.
The current pack has several icons, but feel free to post which icons do you miss, and we will try to create them.

Cool. Why don't you make an icon pack for launcher pro or ADW . Easy tutorial available and you might get interested in developing themes.

Maybe we can make a thread where people can share icons or wallpapers specifically for the S3. Here's my homescreen with original dock icons (except app drawer) and original wallpaper. I prefer the more simple and darker things.

That's what the show your homescreen sticky is for in the themes and apps forum. Most people will tell their setup or you can surely ask them.
