yeah, maybe that wouldn't work. but.. well, i think it's even possible to code this in flash or sth.. i mean i could do the most of it in flash if i had loooots of time..

Well you are probably the type of person that finds LineRider or Tower of Goo quite a useless thing but there is a lot of people who love these "games"
I would really love to see this one for WM... It shouldn't be that hard to program it

My Cousin has somethng simlar on his htc p3400 where you have to da a track 4 the bike to pass you also use pencils and crayons to i dont knw what its called but there is another game i think its called another world where you gotta do something simlar

i wish i knew how to do the coding for that

Playing flashgames on the X1?

Hi everybody,
I have tried to search about it, but I have not found a clear answer. Is it possible in any way to play flashgames on the X1? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I had to ask

you shouldt try to install the cab wich enables flashlite i think....It it somewhere in the forum look for it...

I have already installed Flash lite, but the problem is I don't get past the intro in the flash games I have tried. And when I press somewhere in the flash games the on-screen keyboard comes up and irritates. Any ideas?

lmao i think he did. back when the psp first came out, i recall seeing a few sites that had really simple layouts and flash games meant for the psp... maybe you should look into it. those flash games were really simple and i bet they could run on the xperia... then again, i'm just an idiot haha

its shareware tought but atleast you can trial it or buy it if you like it

And btw you should also download the vga skin for it!

Does anyone have Tiger Mame 1.4.3? (dont update to 1.4.4)

Tiger Mame 1.4.3 got released a few days ago and the dev finally added save and load states.
They worked perfect for me. Been waiting soooo long. Very handy for a quick blast at work, save game, continue where left off from.
Anyway lots of people complained they wasn't working.
Now dev has updated to 1.4.4 and taken save states away again. I was in the middle of a game of the punisher and can't load my game !!!!!!!!!!
So I can't find 1.4.3 anywhere. Does anyone have a copy so I can downgrade please?

Both just link to the newest market version. Darn it.
It had only been out for 3 days and i was getting ready for a marathon lunchtime sessions of all the cps2 games for the next couple of weeks. The emulator is useless to me without save abilities.
The CPS2 side scrolling beat em ups are some of the finest games ever made. AvP, Cad vs Dino, Punisher, just plain awesome games.

I find it kind of ironic that someone says they need save states to play arcade games, but okay.

hehe yea.
I play during my lunch time at work though. I like completing games like AvP and Punisher etc.
Its annoying when you just have a 5 minute or 10 minute blast and then want to save but cant.
I get your point, but save states mean you can enjoy and complete the game at your own leisure instead of being forced to play all the way through in one sitting.

Why not take our Plays down to the local arcade for the complete experience? Also, try jamming a 20p in the simslot, it might just work.

Saves are needed for me also, i can only do 2 or 3 lvs on viewpoint before its time to work again

Exactly the same thing. I've 5 or 10 min max two times in my journey, savestates are very important for me too.

Heck, I would be happy if the dev would fix the scaling for Honeycomb devices, since small tiny window on the A500, Transformer and Xoom. It does not change scaling with any option- same small window, but operates fine on the gTablet and higher res Galaxy Tab (older version) using Froyo.

Just wanted to say that Save States were not working for me on stock 2.3.3.
I rooted and now save states work for me on this emulator.

Unfortunately this is not true.
The save state feature has stopped working. Getting the same errors as before (rom rebooting).
Such a shame because this is a great emulator.
I have tried nearly every NeoGeo & CPS2 rom, and the only one that didn't work was Metal Slug 3. I got sound problems on some CPS1 roms like Final Fight. But seriously, everything I tried on NeoGeo & CPS2 worked!
...just need those save states, Tiger King.

how did u get those roms to work?? avp and punisher..I kan only play the final fight wit ****y sound. I have the bios but idk they wont work can u help me??

Hey there guys, it's me again. Is there a good GBA Emulator to play Final Fantasy and Pokemon on? I'm a total nostalgic nerd , I have bought new GBAs and PS2s to play these games already. I now want to play the old pokemon and final fantasies on my nook. I need detailed instructions, because I have no idea what I'm doing!

I don't know how to get the Google Play store, and I can't download apps. Whenever I download, it downloads, and when I try to open is says error parsing info. I think I may need to unroot and reroot with a different method or something....

I'd be happy with a GB emulator, as it is already B&W. And there are plenty of cool games (pokemon, tetris, super mario land, gargoyle's quest, to name a few), and they are quite small in size.

Im not really good with the touch, im sorry.

Well, Google broke the Market on these things, so side loading will probably be your only option for now. I'm not sure how well it will work, but GBCoid might work.

What if you use the NoRefresher app ???

Tried, still looks awful. Too bad.

I tried a GBA emulator and it wasn't really worth playing even with the refresh hack. On the other hand, I downloaded GBC A.D. from SearchMarket and used the refresh hack playing Pokemon Yellow. It's very playable and I am on the second gym leader so far

Which is why i want to make a romhack of some Pokemon game with pure black and white images. Who's with me?

Would love to see a video of the original B&W GB with no refresh and multitouch...

No sounds makes it kind of useless though. I mean, the music is what also defined the series!
To me anyways.

Star Battalion on S4?

Hi Guys,
I had an Xperia Play back when it came out. i loved this Star Battalion its just like star fox. Can anyone help me get this game. Im guessing its some exclusive and ive seen some ways of copying data files over but i was never able to get it to work. I honestly don't car if its really low res and i have to stretch it somehow with spare parts or something.
Any help at all would be great, i have no problem doing a bit of digging if someone can at least point me in the right direction.

Look it's really not meant for the S4.
If you reallyyy want to play it though you could try editing build.prop in /system/ using a root file explorer and changing device: to the xperia play's device name

Ya i know, its been a while but i think i tried this and it didnt work. It got the game to launch i believe but it was like zoomed in on the bottom left quater. to be totally honest i kinda gave up on it. If you find a way man please let me know.

I requested Gameloft to port the game to the s3 at that time. Maybe if more people do it they will actually do it.
