Since yesterday my HTC stopped working, it gets stuck on the tricolor screen:
ONBL 1.11.0000
SPL 1.11.0001
F256
I tried to hard reset it, but it doesnt solve the problem. Activesync doesnt recognize the device either. Probably my rom or bootloader became corrupt ?
The device is completely original (English version), i didnt install any custom ROM or hack.
Is there a way to reinstall the device with a new rom from SD-Card or without needing ActiveSync ?
I have another working P3470 - maybe it can be used to extract the ROM from there and reinstall my corrupted HTC ?
The question is: How ??
I hope someone can help me out with this issue.

i got this p3300 and it doesnt fully turn on.After i press power in remains stuck on the boot screen : the one with the HTC logo and info about the rom:
IPL 1.12.0001
SPL 1.12.0000
GSM 02.67.90
OS 1.12.0.0
I tried to flash rom but it fails at 2 or 3% saying image file corruputed which i think its right because i dont think it was unlocked so you can write any rom you want.
I also tried USPL but that i get "NO devive connected" so i cant unlocked my device to write a proper rom into it.
I did all the above with the device in boot mode (record button+reset).
Any ideea?Pls help.

T-Mobile dead loop ?
I have similar problem with my artemis. I have a HTC P3300 from T-Mobile. It started with switching itself out, then it didn't want to boot, then it began to hang on bootscreen and at the moment i cannot start it at all (even the battery is fully charged and it is pluggen in my PC).
I suspect that T-mobile build in a dead loop somewhere in the software or hardware. It looks very suspicious to me that both mdas i had from T-Mobile start to make problems exactly a month or or two after the warranty is expired. and the problems develop in the same way in deteriorating manner.
It could be that the hardware cannot take it anymore and it starts to deteriorate exactly after the second year (handy for two years contracts).
Does anyone similar experiences or anyone solved that problem.
Sorry mates I cannot provide you with any info about my PPC (radio, rom version etc.) because I simply cannot get so far to be able to see that information.

Have you tried the CMON USPL? It's on Shady's ROM (the lite one) run this first! Be in Bootloader. Hold the Record Key (left key) and by holding that press Power key to switch on! Then try to Update your ROM

Please urgent help required.
my HTC P3300 (Artemis) stuck up when i was trying to start it up. when i use to turn my cell on, i goes to the starting screen shows the following numbers and then stuck up.

the screen does not move after that. i tried soft reset through the reset button but result is the same.
i also tried hard reset and when i puch the green phone button to proceed, a message come "FORMAT FAILED" and the phone stucks up.
i am quite a lot of problems since i have upgraded to WM6 from WM5 last week.
i am quite sucked with this problem. not been able to use my set since yesterday.
please also note that my HTC was not syncing with my PC since i have upgraded to WM6.
PLEASE HELP URGENTLY.

You can tried to reload your last ROM (WM6), for this :
-Start in bootloader mode ("Voice Command" + "Power" + Reset with Stylus)
-Start a new upgrade Rom (With the last ROM)

If yes, you can upgrade Radio and SPL.
i did that but the flash process stopped at 3% (i think CID locking problem). i tried USPL but the process could not be done. i also dont have my previous ROM but i noted the previous numbers which are

You can :
-Flash your original ROM (Operator and langage)
-USPL and 1.11.cmon (verify that your phone is USPL before another action)
-Upgrade your new ROM.

Hi! i open this Thread beacause i search for answers and i don't find them...
First thing, i will say what i done and where am i with Ruu.
I hard spl with 1.11 from PDA all soft working after then i flash it with 5 software and all have the same problem. Windows mobile image apears but remains in it... can't go forward.
Second i download RUU_Pharos_HTC_WWE-ME_1.11.456.1_4.1.13.59_03.15.90_BLUE_Ship and others original firmwares, but now it remains on Smart Mobility image and say

and i can't flash with any soft upgrade, because it work's 2% and restart, and RUU tool say check your update tool...Hard spl don't work anymore

You installed a ROM with a packaged SPL 2.x (2.05.0000 in your case), but AFAIK there isn't any patch for SPL versions higher than 1.11, so you can't flash anymore with any ROM. You're locked with your last ROM. You can try to ask for a patch, but i think that's not easy to obten a valid answer. You can also try to make this patch, but... good luck

Wend I power on the device it goes directly to bootloader and

I dont remember what it was befor I try to flash a WM 6.5 rom on it.
It as a WM 6.1 in Portuguese Rom befor my attent.
I cannot power off the device by pressing the button but have to take
the battery.
I already try to change the rom, the SPl and put everything inside just
to try to move from were I am but no results.
Began to update but ends or in 1% or in 7% and loose the connection.
The device connects to the PC but in PC in WM device center nothing happens.
I try Win7 and also XP.
I went to HTC site to download the official portuguese ROM but there are no
ROM to download.
So I´m dead on the water.
I will apreciate very much any kind of input that take me out
of were I´m now.

Hi. I have HTC P3300 with Shell.5 by flecky Spanish Rom and when i flashed it worked for 2days and now i can't boot it. I tried to enter bootloader but i can't. I also tried both soft and hard reset but no change.
It is stuck on boot screen. Can someone help me solve this problem?

Firstly you have SPL 1.11.cmon so nothing to worry about
1. You will need to download any P3300 rom.
2. Put rom on your micro sd and rename it. tutorial here
3. Manually put your device into Bootloader. tutorial here
4. When rom is flashed successfully and booted up for the first time (after rom programs have installed) do a hard reset.
5. Enjoy.

Ok, i did first and second step, but I can't boot my phone to bootloader it's not turning on when holding voicebutton & pressing reset button.
I can do Hard Reset but it doesn't make any changes.
