Firstly how did you delete your rom?
Secondly can you get into bootloader? ie volume down and start.
If you can get into bootloader when cable is connected to PC is it showing serial or USB, if its showing USB just flash another rom over it.
No actually before we start what are your phone details ie is it stock rom/hspl or anything, radio etc

You did BINFS format? just do as 11calcal said so you can load in to the bootloader and when you see USB allocated on the bottom white screen just flash the rom image you want. Now if you see nothing then you forgot to press the volume down button. So just the the battery out and do what 11calcal said.

No its asking if you want to update click on yes and it will start loading the new rom, which task 29 did you use because you may need to flash a radio after aswell as some task 29's clear the radio aswell. In future use flashaholic ruu on rom dev and you wont need to update your radio. Hope that helps

Your going to have to hspl it. Go to rom development section and read up on" how to flash everything " you will need to download hspl 2 or 3 its very easy to do, read thoroughly twice and then find a radio 2.*.50.* put the radio in a blank folder along with ruu then click on ruu and it will install the radio, move the radii out of the file so that it just has the ruu on it and then copy the rom nbh to the same file as ruu and then click the ruu and the rom will load. Just read the posts carefully and you'll be ok as long as you follow instructions. Once you've done it its not so scary

Sorry, I presumed you had already created a goldcard. See this for all the instructions on creating a goldcard (do this before flashing) and how to flash:

A goldcard makes it so that you don't get that error.

It's obvious your phone is not rooted. Try flashing an RUU.
1: Visit here:
http://shipped-roms.com/index.php?category=windows mobile&model=Buzz
2: Get any Eclair RUU,
RUU_Buzz_HTC_WWE_1.37.405.1_Radio_13.53.55.24H_3.35.19.25_release_151892_signed.exe
(I am assuming your phone was not operator locked / branded)
3: Connect your Wildfire to your PC, and, run the EXE file. (Note: Make sure the EXE file downloads fully. It is approx 130 MB in size)
4: Let the process complete (Takes ~15 minutes)
If it is successful, check whether the phone starts up properly or not. If it still doesn't, return it to you dealer and claim your warranty.

Is your phone an operator branded one?
Anyway, to solve that, you will need to create a goldcard. Guide here:
http://theunlockr.com/2010/03/10/how-to-create-a-goldcard/
But remember, if your phone is branded, this will remove their ROM and add a stock HTC WWE (Worldwide English) one, probably voiding the warranty if there is no RUU for your carrier.
problem solved i flash with same version..
tnx to all....

Flash your stock rom using sd method.
1) Download stock WM6.5 ROM here
2) copy downloaded "LEOIMG.nbh" to the ROOT of your sd card (just on your sd card, not in one folder)
3) turn phone off, hold volume-down and start your phone
4) the HD2 should recognice the LEOIMG.nbh automatically and flash the stock wm6.5 ROM with original radio ROM (i think).
5) after its done, delete the LEOIMG.nbh on your sd card and follow step 3 again. make sure that you have "SPL blahblah" and not "HSPL 2.08" (or whatever).
optional 6) turn phone off, hold volume up AND down, start your phone to hard-reset it.
should be all you have to do. maybe check your radio rom if its the right one.
Unfortunately I don't have a stock ROM. The person who.did my original switch to android dent save one. Is there a place I can download a ROM that is stock?

Quick note about post 3,,, if you have a tmous BEWARE of downloading random. Nbh files,,,, if that link is to a non tmous stock rom and you flash it, the phone will be bricked.

Yes, but you have to rename the downloaded file from .exe to .zip .. then unzip it, locate the .nbh file, extract it then rename it to LEOIMG.nbh and proceed.

Absolutely. Until very recently, when a tmous download page arrived on HTC.com, EVERY rom on the htc site would brick a tmous.
Every non tmous stock rom, whether generic unbranded or operator branded, will brick a tmous because of the radio it includes. They all contain x.xx.51.xx radios whilst tmous roms ALL contain x.xx.50.xx, and a few minutes reading will tell you that ANY ..51.. radio will instantly kill a tmous. Unfixable without JTAG or new mainboard.
The only exceptions to the 51/50 rule are radios 2.04.50 (included in the UK O2 1,43 rom, for example), 2.05.50 (and i think 2.06.50) which, although they are ..50.. radios, are actually regular hd2 radios and will still brick a tmous.
As for the 2.15.50 radio that comes with ver 3.14 roms, that radio wont brick a tmous, but the regular 3.14 rom will not boot on a tmous, it will hang at the splash.
The regular hd2, on teh other hand can take any hd2 radio, 50 or 51, plus the tmous roms will boot fine on a regular hd2.

My HBOOT ver is 0.80 ,how i can change it to 1.01.0001 for s-oof'ing???
I flashed my phone with one of RUU ROM but NOTHING happened
Thanks in advance
change h-boot.
the only way to do it is with ruu man.
did you run a ruu with the same hboot??
if you go to shipped roms.com and then buzz it gives you a list of shipped ruus, select one from your area and give it a go.
remember that using a ruu will wipe the phone entirely. (i dont think the sd card is affected.)
i dont know what ruu to suggest to you but maby someone else on here will know

Are you sure it flashed completely and properly? You didn't get any error codes or anything? Anyway, try one more way (Using the same WWE 2.22.405.1 RUU)
- Extract the ROM.zip from the RUU. Guide here:
http://lukasz.szmit.eu/2010/04/extracting-rom-files-from-htc-android.html
- Once you get that file, rename it to PC49IMG.zip. Place this file on your SDCard (Not in any folder / sub-folder)
- Turn off your phone, turn on in HBoot mode. It will scan your SDCard and attempt to install the ROM. Confirm it, and see if it installs this time.

RUU's are EXE Files. I hope till now you were not talking about the Safe Flash Zips that are located in the Dev Zone?
Anyways, download the RUU from here, and try again. It's not to be installed via Clockworkmod Recovery. Connect your Wildfire to your PC, run the EXE.

This is what I did with my ruu, first on PC click start then type %temp% to open the temp folder as this is where the ruu unpacks the files when running, then start the ruu while watching the temp folder for the new files to appear.
When they do search through them for rom.zip and copy and paste this to your desktop then extract the rom.zip and remove the hboot, recovery, splash and radio images.
After this is done i zipped it back up with winrar making sure to tick the .zip and selecting store only also renamed it to PC49IMG.zip then dropped the new zip onto the root of my sdcard and rebooted into hboot by pressing volume down and power, hboot found the zip and asked if i wanted to update so i chose yes and let it run.
After it booted I was on a stock unrooted rom but still had clockworkmod recovery and was able to reboot into recovery and flash the superuser zip and a new kernel to get root etc on the stock rom.
Or I could have just flashed a new rom from recovery.

That should have worked, you might have a borked radio.
Try the flash again, if it fails again try a custom ROM (that does not include a radio) and report back.

Anyway, it doesn't matter now.
Just flash the same ROM using HSPL. (double-click on the_rom.exe)

I'm sure my phone is broken down in RADIO. I tried to set up RADIO in some ways:
Download shipped ROM, extract and rename to leoimg.nhb, then copy it to sd card
Download RADIO file indiviually, and set tup, it also error.

Google "stuck radio" and prepare for disappointment.
Things worth trying -
1 SD flash of CORRECT stock rom after
freezing phone for half an hour (Freezer trick)
2 JTAG
