no.. it's just software.

Yes, you lose the warranty.. but you can restore the original firmware and recovery. So the warranty can come back

see if ur rom is available and save it on ur pc and flash it from ur PC when u want the orignal back for warranty
remember u need to root your phone to flash any cooked roms look in the devlopment section their is a thread reg the same but before u do it do a lot of reading and then try the same but to my knowledge even the present 2.1 avilble does not help as bluetooth transfer is not possible

please use search function (no rooting , no custom roms ) x10 is not rooted till now so no custom roms till now nor soon

1. i wanna root my phone..the firmware version was 2.1.A.0.435! previously i had tried with super one click and z4root but none of them worked. now i'm gonna try flash tool.!
2. i want to flash a custom rom so can u guys please suggest a good custom rom with fully working functions and a good battery backup .!

Flash tool will root any firmware.
All froyo roms have everything working. Gingerbread doesn't have camera working yet. You can try wolfbreak's cm 6.

I have never used it, but you could get it at the market what Neo says. If you've got any problems using it, you can for sure ask us for help.

Maybe because you were on wrong base band! What was your baseband?

No. You can update to Marshmallow and get pro mode but to get all features you need to install custom rom.

It was when i used the rom. Even if it is not present you can get similar result by using pro mode.

There is but it is not safe. You will probably hard brick your phone. Anyway, do you have a computer? I wrote a guide here on how to flash stock rom without a PC.
