Can anyone confirm if the new system software update (1.47.651.1) actually fix the grounding issue?
Fixed mine.. I tested it in all the spots it did NOT work (couch, etc) and it does now
Yes it's 100% fixed on mine.
confirmed its fixed
Great to know it can be fixed easily but I already rooted my phone...

I wouldn't be too "" about it... I'm in the opposite boat. I kind of wish I had rooted my phone and waited for a rooted update (which was just a few hours), because what I'm reading now it currently isn't possible for me to root.
think unrevoked people found another root method already.

You have a source for that? The last I heard they had released an update for those who hadn't updated yet (and it was experiencing issues updating the radio). But no news for those who had already updated.
Anybody trying to update and having it say there isnt an update available?
I don't think it has been fully pushed out yet. I don't have it either.

Cool thanks, my main thing is if flashing the zv8 modem would make it so I wouldn't have to do ota or even get a notification for it....just don't feel like updating only HD voice and Google security patch....you still have your ota update notification?

You can pull down the notification and tap and hold. App info will pop up and click on it. At the bottom uncheck show notification. Notification should be gone until you check the box to show notification.

edit: I guess I better say OTA zip pulled from phone do not flash.
Damn... I forgot about the ota..
I have about 65 apps left to deodex and then i remembered about this.
I dont mind doing this extremely tedious process again if someone could pull the whole rom after the ota.

Not sure, I got the update, and I am not even a sprint customer. Just have it waiting on an unlock method.
Roll outs don't happen for all devices in 24hrs it's a stage roll out.

Hey i just got the latest 2.1.3-x OTA zip pushed onto my phone. Use the following link to download it:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_KV04VGxTedY2E5WTBYajdTTEU/view?usp=sharing
"This is a hotfix patch for 2.1.3 including fixes for:
Youtube playback issues in Chrome
Keyboard lag experienced especially in Chrome
Lag experienced while scrolling in Chrome"
Flash file using either stock recovery if not rooted, Or use TWRP 2.8.7.0 by Blu_Spark.
Direct flashing will not work!!
Steps:
1. Flash stock dump 003.
2. Flash OTA 003-004.
3. Flash OTA 004-005.
4. Flash OTA 005-006 available in the above link
5. Flash SuperSU and Xposed as needed.
6. Reboot and Profit!
(NOTE: I havent reposted links to the previous OTAs as they're already circulating in the forums. Pls take your time and find them OR let me know if i should link it here.)
Thank you for the heads up.

Hasn't worked for me, still jumpy and laggy. But even flashing back to 2.1.2 didn't help, so maybe my device is "special". Ho hum, I'll see if MasterAwesome's 12.1 CM is any better when he uploads it.

The touch problem is still there -.-" going back to the 2.1.2 why they release this hotfix if hadn't solved the worst problem?

Same for me, but even 2.1.2 doesn't fix it for me. Battery saver won't even turn on with this hotfix and that was the one thing that did solve the touch problems.

Did you follow the steps as posted? Direct flashing wont work. You need to flash the OTAs in the exact given order.

Anyone else getting a system update today? I've already got owacerts set as .bak and sys updates disabled, but for some reason I'm still getting the nag? Any thoughts on preventing this? Nothing to freeze in Titanium for FOTA, or System Update since it's a diff variant.
hmm i think it might be version 10p as i update a while ago

I have already released a flashable version of this update here:

If you are rooted you can install it. Read all the warnings first though.

No. Someone on Reddit and telegram got this. No changes can be seen. This may or may not be preparing for Android to release soon
Seems like Xiaomi servers provide {nearly randomly or in-time-changing-trying-to-fix} both 85Mb-size partial OTA and 1Gb-size full OTA to 10.0.15.0
I remember that in Oreo times there was a similar update too

I think they might have updated the bootloader to support Android 10 but then again. 1gb is quite big for something like that I think
