Actually, I remember making the same mistake when I first joined this site.
Only people back then weren't as nice. They just told me to go (&*)*)^)&^ my self! At least I am giving "some" directions. I use to think the developers and brains on this site worked for me and needed to answer everyone of my questions and my whim and that nothing was required of me like SEARCHING first. That's changed. Have a good day.

I know what you mean. I have been a member since Jul '05 and the change in this place has been drastic!I was lucky enough that the people I used to deal with (LumpyStefan, back when I used my SX56) were actually really kind people. However, I have seen lots of people being flamed to kingdom come! 'Nuff said. Have a good Day as Well!!

What it comes down to is people need to take the time to read and look. The moderators and members take the time to put up quality apps that we so gratefully appreciate the least that people can do is look for what they need or want......and then and only then should you ask in a kind manner for what you are looking for!!!!!!

in the future do yourself a huge favor and just kind of check thru the threads or type what you're looking for in google followed or preceded by the letters xda to better put the forum to use......or you will get flamed....not a threat more of a warning...it's been really touchy lately

hey no problem...I do understand..as many of us do...however that being said...I also can relate to "clogged forum syndrome" and noob "bottle necking"....to some people what you did amounts to walking into a building full of restrooms and immediately you ask which one is the mens room?......flaming is a way of bashing someone online for doing or not doing something that should be obvious to most....there are some who would essentially light you up for the question you posted because there is a seperate thread for wing roms and it appears you did not look for or at it before asking....still if you have never been to the thread and dont know exactly how to search how would you know?.....so take this info with a grain of salt and remember how it feels even after you've been here a while....and perhaps you'll get to explain to the next noob how it goes in the community....all good hope you found what you're seeking......

Don't follow that previous link in this thread. That was for HTC Wings, which is completely different than the T-Mobile Wing. What you want is the HTC Herald forums (Herald is the manufacturer codename for the Wing). Hope that made sense.

Dude you need to buy a domain anx get a host and develop something if you plan to ever get any kind of user base.

Streak Moderator

Hello every one just want to introduce myself i am the new Streak Forums Moderator.
I know the device is new and there are not many of us that have them so lets start as we mean to go on and have a Nice Happy Family Forum as the streak grows.
Please feel free to Pm me with any problems you may be having or have seen on the forum and may i just remind every one to have a browse over the Forum Rules.
Could every one please treat other members how they would like to be treated and please post in the correct sections in the correct manor.
I am looking forward to the development of the streak, So all we need now is for it to be released to the rest of the World and then have 2.2 on board and hopefully 3.0
I have just completed the Streak Wiki so please go over and have a browse and let me know if you see anything that needs adding to it or if you are OK with Wiki Syntax have a go your self.

Sorry Diane no body knows or is not saying there are loads of roomers floating about, but it has just been released in France and Germany so there is progress
