Finally, the update in HK is arrived. I have just update it. The main different so far I can see is. There are 2 apps preinstalled. Sina Twitter and " Happy site - 開心網".

My Arc (LT15i) didnt update cause im in Greece.
The phone is not out in stores in greece, i purchased the phone from Germany before about 2 months ..
The upgrade is available through Samsung’s Kies software on open (XFA) and Vodacom (XFV) handsets, with MTN (XFM) and Cell C (XFC)... Over the air upgrade should be ready by tomorrow COB.

I still haven't received the ICS update, I have a S2 on an MTN contract but I use a vodacom sim inside it, I've tried Kies and OTA updating as well but no luck...any advise?

If you don't want to wait, the Vodacom ICS update can be downloaded on Samfirmware or through CheckFus downloader, then flashed with Odin. (And the MTN update is now showing up on Checkfus, but my download keeps failing. It's not on Samfirmware yet).
Does anyone know if there is a cf-root for XFA XWLP7 yet, or if the method suggested by Rachmat3 works with XFA? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1501719
Just look for the LP7 Kernel under chainfires thread. Its not specific for XFA. In the thread look for XW...LP7.

Hey guys. I have a Sgs2 unlocked. It ain't a contract phone, received ICS OTA update IN April but the MTN said I couldn't use Google play store. I rooted and bow running a custom ROM, so I wanna know if the released network versions are now working well and any links where I can download them.

ICS Update for S2 in South Africa
Finally managed to update my S2 through OTA in South Africa, am on an MTN contract although I do use a Vodacom sim inside of it so I guess thats not a problem
I made a new thread with screenshots of how the official ICS from Samsung looks on the S2.

Follow the advise by JacquesR, download the stock SA ICS firmware from Samfirmware.
And Yes Playstore works fine.

After waiting and waiting after i read your post and still no update via MTN on Kies last weekend, i decided to flash SlimICS instead 5 days ago, and man i must say, what a breath of fresh air, no more fugly Touchwizz, no more bloated Samsung stock apps. Everything is running as smooth as silk for me.
Anyway, thanks, without this post i probably wouldn't have flashed my phone over to SlimICS.

there is a new firmware up at http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-I9505 its version is I9505ZHUAME3 the build date is 14.05.2013 and the changelog is 626292. Did anyone tried it? the changelog for I9505XXUAME2 was 526204 so i am expecting some fixes Did someone already tried it?

just expect fixes samsung won't change anything until 4.3 maybe
I only expect fixes But there is some issue what needs fixing. The purple smear and some unexplainable lagging etc i do not want or expect a dramatic UI overhaul

No, but usually after Hong kong releases, shortly they will roll out the updates for the rest of the countries.
I'm waiting for unbranded UK BTU release.

Ya im waiting for the same. I got a phone off meteor but i'm still on mdm stock firmware.
I'm downloading now... something has to be better than nothing!
I flashed the AME2 version (Octa) and found it to be, well Chinese. Finding my way to switching to English took a few. Then I went to open up the Play store so I could download Ti and reinstall my apps and it turned out there was no play store. Downloaded the apk which I surprisingly found at Google and installed it but it wouldn't open. Tried deleting the cache and data but that didn't work. Then I though maybe if I go ahead and connect to my google account it might work. That was when I discovered there is no provision to connect to a google account at all. lol Going back to Wanam for now. I will say that this version is the smoothest of the stock roms I have tried and the first one that does not have lag in the launcher when simiply switching screens. I am hopeful that when this one hits in a few days it may make some people happy.

Today, many of us in HK/TW received a new update(N7100ZSUENA1) for 4.3 but yet we don't know what's the different. Firmware is provided in the link.

The link above was a week ago but in HK we really only start to get the N7100 OTA today, I have checked all major HK forums many N7100 owner reported to receive update today.

Hi,
Finally since November we are getting an update, but it isn't Marshmallow.
The update N9200ZHS2APC1 was out on March 24, and weighs only 40mb.
We can see that the build for HK is now ZHS2, unlike before which was ZHU2.
Changelog mentioned only security (we got March 1st security update, yay!) , but my theme store got updated and now looks like the S7 theme store: white with 3 rows in most popular.
I got it in OTA, but quick google search gave me this:

Update: I think it comes with samsung pay framework, it is uninstallable.
