I have a problem as same as the below picture I uploaded (in attachments).
I found the way to solve this issue , which i have to delete a folder (DeviceBeta).
But i wanna know how can i do this operation before release the Rom ?
which when the user installed the rom , this issue be solved .

This has been answered dozens of times already-there was a thread just a day or two ago. Here's a tip: dump your registry. Search for 'Beta'. Then delete that registry key. Also, please search, or at least read the stickied threads. This has been an issue in many of the 6.5 builds for a year.

my qtek 9090 doest start up., i just instaled WM6 a few days ago and today i installed this:

Usually it should be located under "program" but they put it under "start"
i must be blind when i start searching through all the system

i've have a dopod d600...i have a little problem with this one...i've been using this for 8-9 months...now there are multiple taps on the screen automatically...it goes on for about 9-10 times and stops on its own...it looks as if my dopod is possesed....ghost!!!!
i'm not a technical person...i'm a doctor...but i managed to do rom upgrade from 1.02 to 1.07wwe...
any help would be great....coZ when i'm in a call the call goes to hold mode automatically and even if i unhold it goes back to hold mode...about 7-8 times then becomes ok.....

Its not the software,its the actual buttons that keep getting 'locked up' in the same position(I used to get that with the action button) Try checking that.

the action button was indead the problem now i've fixed it and the phone works great.....about the 1.07 wwe version i got it from on of the forums here in xda-developers....go to search button on this website search "gene" watch the last colum for gene related topics....i used to get "invalid vendor error"...then i used FlashBootSplash also available on that forum page followed the instruction given in the read me file and lo behold i have 1.07 now..very happy....if there still is a problem i will upload once i get back (i'm going out of the country for 2 weeks)

people tell me to flash the rom. how to flash the rom, since it is maybe risky too.. and can any body tell me how much is that risk.. and i'd like to install the windows mobile in english version.

First you go to the right thread for your phone then you look to the sticky (first thread) and after you read more and more to learn, it's not too risky everybody do this ( i do it every week too see the new rom and dev evolution ). Perhaps you find i am rude but sometime with a post like yours you can be insulted by others because you seem too lazy to look over the forum for answer that has been resolved long time ago.
long'm in search of the manila folders v 2.0 ext 1919 for the kitchen. and downloaded this from here on xda but I get errors when installing, so I need these folders functional. thanked them in advance to all.

Manila 2.0 come from HTC Touch 2 (Mega) , dump it from here http://shipped-roms.com/shipped/Mega/ .
Every chef here has learn how to make own kitchen,apply settings and customization, but keep in mind that we arent some kind of magician, we have Search and lost many time here in XDA only to find a way to have a good Kitchen and we are still learning nowdays.
On that note , when you post a question dont expect yourself to always have quick reply , just wait.
EDIT: Forgot to say that ChefCentral was made for help people interested in Rom Development, explain better your problem and you will gain the proper help.

hello to all recently i have updated to manila 2018 OBOE packages after flash i did not able to launch sim manager it told like "This device had no SIM Card"" will any one please help me if u have a solution

there is no thread about this problem ....if i ask the question in manila 2018 thread ..if i find the answer the moderator not able to add the post to solved issues..so why i ask question here it will be easy for moderators will add in solved issues .....;if i open threads that means i did not find solution ...;i close ally my threads with "Solved" when i have the solution......please see the solved issues thread.

After two days of searching finally found it ....I have updated my message enhancement packages from oboe and it had the dual sim reg entries and I replaced with the Manila 2016 packages now it works.....
Thank u very much to Jerpelea who helped me to find this .....
my SIM MANAGER does not work once again,i just updated my manila packages to Manila 2018 shipped version, when i launch Sim manager it shows like"This device does not hae Sim card" i dont what i missing will any one please help me if u have any solution...
NOTE-I use people packages from Manila 2016...
