Using Plateform Builder to create a ROM from scratch

Hi,
I wonder if somebody has already been able to create a ROM from scratch using Microsoft Plateform Builder.

There is already a driver for INTEL PXA 263 and two BSP published on

Based on http://wiki.xda-developers.com/wiki/HimalayaHardware, and openwince a specific BSP could be created for Himalaya Hardware.

maybe we should try WinCE 5.0 platform builder

Videocon v2950 wm6.1 to 6.5 upgrade

Hello Geeks,
I have a Videocon V2950 mobile. The company can be seen be easliy searched . Thats a very reputed company in India which has newly stepped into the mobile market.
I am a newbie and wanted to flash ROM to upgrade from wm6.1 to wm6.5.
I read a lot in the xda-forums and the info i received was amazing and got a know a many new things about the ROM. I tried flashing an HTC ROM but the device type is not recognized in the initial process. And if i still continue then the device disconnects from active sync asa the upgrade starts (Although with a different ROM, which i understand is not the right way)
The specifications I see in my mobile are as under:

Choose the correct SDK version to develop!!!

Hi to all developers, when i start a new project which version ok Android SDK i must choose?
The latest 2.2 or older version?
If i have choosen 2.2 and upload the project on market all users devices with any version can install it?

Yes I've already read the anouncement, may be I've missed something.
But...
I think timing is a liitle bit soon for Windows 8 ARM section.
Most of created threads about Windows 8 desktop version which has not oficially released even there is no beta version.
BTW: ARM ( RISC ) version is not released too, except a few ES demonstrations.
I'm also exciting about Windows 8 Risc version but I also hope this section will not continue about x86 version.
So,

Paranoid Android & HTC HD2

I'm an Italian guy and I am very passionate to your site
I need to upgrade the version of Paranoid Android on my HTC HD2.
Unfortunately I am not clear if the version of Halo (which I have heard around) has become final or not, and if it can replace my current version of Paranoid Android which is as follows:
