I search the rington "You get message" for my text SMS text message.
Its a cool ringtone.

I'd be happy to get the tones contained in one of the WM5 GPS roms as ringtone, now after (the very very cool) WM6 upgrade - the file name was Trin01.wma or something similar and it sounded very smooth and piano style...
'd be very happy if someone stil has it !

Sounds like a generic ringtone... not sure for what phone though? With a little clever editing, you should be able to rip it off that vid

I was wondering what sounds people are using for their text messages, as it is right now I'm pretty sick of the stands.
So I want to see the creative work of the XDA Members.

u mean the sms alert of the typing of the msg?

I mean the alrt sound your phone makes when you get a sms on your phone.

I got two favorites that I use...one is the message alert from Eurotrip, "...mail, ************!!!", and the other one is Quagmire from Family Guy going, "Awwriiiight"

I use the Power Rangers noise, it's nice and high pitched so I can hear it when my device is in the holster.

i use CTU from 24.
overused, maybe. but it's short and distinct, so i know what it is.

I actually just downloaded a sms ringtone pack that has some really good ones in there. specially like the Transformer SMS notification.

Been using the Found sound from Metal Gear Solid. (Like when a guard or camera sees you.) It's nice and loud and goes with the CODEC open and close sounds I use for opening the keyboard on my Mogul. Always know the gamers because they're heads turn and say was that from MGS?! Xp

[REQ] Random Ringtone App

I have a lot of ring tones on my Touch Pro and I'd like to be able to use all of them without having to manually switch them every time I want a different one.
What I'd like to know is if there is an app that will randomly pick a ring tone from a specified folder whenever someone calls. So every call I receive will play a different ring tone. Does something like this exist? If not, would it be possible to create?

Holy cow, that's exactly what I was looking for! I've been looking for something like this since I had the PPC6700. Thank's a ton. I guess doing a search would of had that come up, so sorry fr that, but thansk again.
