Hey everybody, i'm trying to learn to make my custom rom, but i have some questions.... first of all, how do i know which component is for? second, can you guys point me to a sticky about cooking roms?

You have to check them all out to get a feel for them. Each ROM could serve a different purpose. So search them all before the thread gets closed

Hello everyone! Greetings from the Wizard and Excalibur forums! Names ashasaur, or Christian, whichever you prefer, and I have just got me a Shadow!
I have already upgraded it to the Clean Developer 6.1, so many thanks to the dev of that ROM, and to JWocky for SoftSPL. Seems like a small forum here, but I will offer my knowledge to whoever needs it!

I was wondering, for a noob, where can I go to learn how to design my own ROM? I am not a noob in the complete sense of the word, I know what I'm doing for the most part, I'm just interested in learning if this is something I could do on my own.
