Russian to English from os5 to os6 ~plz help~

Hi friends,
bought a lovely HTC Herald in ukraine with russian OS 5
i wanted to change language for Russian to English
so i download HTC_P4350_WWE_4.17.405.2_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship.exe
in order to change to English version with os 6.
Unfortunately I get the message "INVALID VENDOR ID" and have to abort after 2% progress.
guys i have read lots of forums but i dont know how to change language form 0s5 to os6
do i need to upgrade 1st to os6 officially form htc web, and then change language by flashing with HTC_P4350_WWE_4.17.405.2_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship.exe ?????
or i can dirctly flash form os5 to os6 and change language???
plz mods plz help me... i will be really thankful to you...
as i see this is the problem for lots of people over here so plz tell us in detail with steps... thank you...

they say for hard-spl u need IPL 4.xxx and higher!!! (that is IMPORTANT)
how can i make my IPL 4.xxx and higher!!! when my i plz is 1.09.001
plz help me...

After you do hardspl, you'll have ipl more than 4. You can check it by going into bootloader mode.

hey i was successful in changing language and also upgrading it to WM 6.1... thank to xda web forums... after reading well and going through all forums i was able to flash...
here is how i did it...
1st i upgrade it to WM6 in russian Official update...
the i hardspl with Aserg rom... if any one wants detail.. i can help to step by step... thankx every one on xda and special thankx to Aserg...

how to get back Erased ROM

my problem is while i'm upgrad using wm 2003 upg my electricity is down i'm try to on it still not on !!! , please help me !!!

but if you can enter bootloader mode you and try to reflash it with the old rom or a new rom of your choice

i have used the hima unlock ...i unlocked and unhided as manual .. and it worked .. now i wana get my extrom back ... and im tired trying to find an answer .. i cant find where's that hima_tools_restore .. and im not so sure it works on my pda2 win2003 se,please any file could be appreciated ..
i tried to format .. and reinstall ROM, the same nothign works ...

i mean i used ExtROM_Unlocker.cab .. now wana get my storage back .. not merged with EXTRom ? what to do ?

suppose if you flash a new rom and include a ext rom nbf it should be don automaticly

i upgrading my d810 wm6 to wm6.5.... how to know haft way stop already then hang at there.... after this i restart many already also no use on it... can't sync with pc and can't update again.... just hang a the HTC welcome page.... pls help help me.....

Was your device hard spl ed? if it was then dont worry...just try flashing again..

thats what i got after i tried to upgrade to RUU_Elf_HTC_ARA_1.17.415.3B_4.1.13.47_02.98.90_BLUE_Ship . i know i got it CID locked again and cant fix this problem , i searched every bit over net about a solution but i faild im so piss off , my phone was t-mobile , any ideas pls i love this phone its a gift from my brother , regards and thx for ur time
