My youtube player just stopped working, it would open and stay at downloading but nothing would actually download, I found another cab for it off the net, installed it but it keeps crashing, I have a version that works at the mo but its rubbish and wont fill the screen, does anyone have the original cab or the latest one? Many thanks.

Please i need the original youtube cab integrated in htc hd2 because i uninstalled it
Youtube App
I've personally been having trouble with various youtube apps on my HTC HD2.
This one is the most stable. Interface is slightly different than the stock one but much more stable and I personally prefer. Enjoy and give me feedback.

Well, Net Front Browser Widgets has been released and just thought to make a thread for it. They released the 2.0 RC today and the widgets store is also up. Right now everything looks free and good but I havent got the time to try it out yet.

i registrate but can´t download the player with opera mini. when using opera 9.5, i can't log in ? can someone mirror the player ?
Im asking me also if it makes really sense to use widgets on a small 2,8 zoll screen? i dont think so, and from the graphical aspect i dont`t like that every widget looks different.
I gave it a whirl yesterday.
5MB install.
Seems to work pretty smoothly on my Tilt.
Might try to develop a widget this weekend.
Hey thanks for sharing !!!
I will have a look on this it looks interesting
EDIT : it is not free... "The trial period for this software expires on November 30th, 2008"

he he he he!!! i quite agree with ya...wm 6.1 is fast, doesn't drain battery like 6.5 and less buggy (or no bugs at all). will pause further testing till a solid, stable rom is released (officially!!!)

I don't believe there are any official 6.1 ROMs. I'm pretty confident there aren't any official 6.0 ROMs either. The last official ROMs for the Apache were 5.0 AKU something_or_other.
WM6.5 with great success on Apache.
Here's what I've found and have had great success: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=564810.
Best Regards
i have recently upgraded my HD2 to an Energy ROM which is amazing.
it runs alot smoother and faster not to mention it looks great!
------------------------
my only two problems is two tweaks i do not like:
1. New messaging look
2. New active call look
------------------------
Energy ROM today screen and lock screen.

Energy ROM messaging screen and dialler.
-----------------------
i would very much appreciate it if anyone could develop or give me information on how to restore these two bits to the ones from the stock ROM, or if there is any cabs floating about on xda that do this, please tell me!!!
NRGZ28 2012 2.5 Messaging Client (All Sense 2.5 ROMs).cab
From http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=591784
You really should post this in NRGz thread, or just read the thread, since I know for sure that messaging cab has been covered 100x in there!
Please ask your question in the related roms thread.

Down in Norfolk UK Paul O’Brien is enjoying this beautiful weather we are having. But not content with just sitting back Paul through his MoDaCo site has been busy releasing a video of MoDaCo.Switch. The video shows how he is working on users being able to swap/jump between Google Android edition (AOSP) and HTC Sense.
While we applaud Paul for his ingenuity the switching between ROM’s will use your battery as you will have to choose the ROM you want and reboot. However the good part of this is both ROM’s will be sharing the same data. So all your data, apps etc will be available (and the same) on both Google and Sense.

The video includes how the ROM will be based on the 2.24 European HTC One (Android 4.2.2) and the Google Play edition ROMs. Perhaps key here, it was said that MoDaCo.SWITCH is “coming soon.” That aside, the video does mention how this build is currently being testing in an effort to squash any remaining issues and bugs. Checkout Paul’s video over at MoDaCo site
