DCD - Missing Games

I've searched over and over again, how can I re-add the standard mobile games with appropriate short-cuts... is there a cab?

Here ya go. You may need to add links but I can't say for sure.

Bubble Breaker, Solitare and short-cuts under Programs menu.... PERFECT, thanks. My son will be happy to have BubbleBreaker back!

I tried installing this .CAB on my newly upgraded 8525... using CRC's 9.1 (stable) WM6.1 ROM. For some reason it won't install to either the device or storage card... just says it cannot be installed. Any suggestions?

I think there must be some problem with how the OS is different from the mogul. That is beyond me, sorry. I thought before that this was a universal cab that could be used on any wm5 and 6, but you may have found this to be untrue.
Any pros with input?

Next time you cook with dcd, check the Entertainment box near the top of the buildos screen, and you will have the games.

I need to track down the links to all the kitchen building stuff as well as instructions... that is my goal to get back to kitchen building like I did with my 6700.
Any hints to the links are greatly appreciated

Yeah, I might have to cook my own - I used CRC's default, which is loads better than the stock HTC WM6 ROM. This is my first adventure into cooked ROMs, so I didn't use dcd.

It would be better if the phone was actually out.

Here’s hoping SE release the X1 sooner rather than later. It has the potential to become a great device especially if someone on here is able to port Manila (TouchFlo 3D) to it.
Personally I’m not sure how good or useful the panels interface is going to be. I guess I need to see more detailed reviews or demos of the device to make up my mind regarding that.

i dont wanna use tom's rom cause he has worked on it and it will be a sin to rip it apart to use it as a base for my cooking
anyways, i got this XperiaOS.nb and i have successfully ported all the newer build xip & sys to elfin check my rom thread

HyperCore dumping it as an OS.nb using the Prophet configuration worked fine for me!

dumped sys and oem, but can't dump xip, can someone tell me how to dump xip? tried to dump xip with HyperCore - without success, extracted XIP folder is empty HELP PLZ!

how do you got the XIP from this .nb? I can't find any XIP partition anyway. Please advise.

xt9 doesnt save words

hello fellow chefs
i have a problem with all the latest xt9 packages
when i use it and save words its safed in the memory
butt hen when i make a soft reset it has forgotten all words that i added
do you have the same problem or does anybody know a way to fix it

You need to make sure NOT to cook in the database files that it uses, otherwise they become "ready only" and the device can't overwrite them to save new words in them. I believe both of them have an .adb extension. I might be mistaken though, someone correct me please.

[SOLVED] Save to Sim problem

Hello chefs,
im having fun with my LEO and build 23146, all is working fine but not Save to Sim app.
Basically my problem is that when i want to save a contact to sim i got "0 contact has been saved" and if i check into sim i see a lot of name with that number:
U/M 0123456
UC/M 0123456
UCM/M 0123456
and so on..
OEM Drivers are from LEO 3.14
WM build as i said is 23146
Language Italian
in addiction i have Phone canvas fixed and dialpad fix.
Anyone has this bug or know how to fix it?
Im pretty sure that is something in 23146 because i dont remember to have had this bug with 23916.

Solved: Did copy siminit.dll,simsec.dll,ccoredrv.dll from 21913...i did not experiment one by one ,ive just used all of three.

Hello af974, have you cooked in the package "SIM_Mgr"? But I think that you have, otherwise you couldn't start the Export tool.

thanks for the reply,yes i have SIM_Mgr cooked in ,i always prefered to cook for a classic wm 6.5 build and this error occurred when i did jump on wm 6.5.x ...strange though but i will try to leave all the 6.5.x fixes and see if one of them,maybe, goes in conflict with the sim manager app.

Hi mate,
You are cooking with 3,14/Oboe mixed EXT packages right?
Some of the packages are dual sim and that's the problem I think.

Nono, I taught you had contactmanager or simmanager from Oboe, sorry.
It must be something else if that's the only thing your using from Oboe.

i mate,i have seem problem only with build 2314x
i think depende from some fix for this build...
i'm investigating, but I can not figure out where is exactly the problem
if you try to import all contacts work well,but don't work only one

I gave a try to exclude all the 6.5.x fixes but the problem occured again,anyway im went back to 21913 ,if one day i will find a fix ill post the solution here.

I have no problems with Save to SIM or with SIM Manager on 2314x - everything's working fine on all last builds of the branch. The same Leo, the same drivers. Canvas fixed.

I did not try to cook this rom with 0409 language,maybe the problem is located in Lang pack......lol using my 0410 from 23913.

Yes i thought do and unfortunately i didnt find 0410 lang pack for 2314x......now i have find them and i will try asap.

Help me !!! Start Menu not open.

Dear,
Not found the solution. Could someone teach me how to solve my problem?
I'm a beginner cook to the i900 and then I made a new compilation of my Start Menu no longer open ? Can not see my application icons.
Any help or advise would be a good size.

Cook in all of the sys packages; you're leaving out something important. Make sure you get the right dpi/lang. I think most of the start menu stuff is in the Base packages. You probably left one out. Anyway, until you know really well what you need in your builds, it's best to cook in all of the sys packages for your device.

That usually happens when one of the .cpr files are missing, like Farmer said...

Well guys, apparently my SYS is good, I'm deducing that since there was no comment.
I've only had several builds and still the same thing, even all complete. Regarding the file (. cpr), really do not know where to find the solution which the file properly connected and how to change the file, what I did was copy and change all the (. cpr) that works in the kitchen and put in English in my kitchen in Portuguese, but without success.
If possible, I would like a teaching easier, if possible.

I am guessing your taskbar icon mod if you have any.
But best bet is to disable all mods, cook only stock pkgs and see what happens. Then add mods one by one.
