[REF] Leo Official ROMs

As and when official ROMs become available I'll try to keep this post updated.
If you have any I've not got, please let me know via a PM or a post here, and I'll add it!

Some of the sources of these ROMs may have been Tom Codon, the ones I uploaded weren't.

i uploaded the wwe-version-mirror (98mb parts). i will mirror the german version too as soon as it's released at htcpedia.

Well... Since they are Leo shipped ROMs, only the Leo. Don't flash these to any other device!

Then what is the point? Leo isn't available until ?March? so got the ROM but can't flash anything with it.

People with WVGA devices will be able to use most of the packages contained within in their ROMs.

Oh, BTW, thanks for the "What is RunCC" thread. I was puzzled about it myself, and have now been able to get my TP2 ROMs to properly install CABs. Still won't install CABs with spaces for whatever reason, or load CABs from my storage card.

And those with nothing can work on ROMs for the best device yet!

Flashing WWE 1.43.405.1 onto a WWE 1.43.479.0 device

As the titles says, is it possible without HardSPL? (as both are WWE ROMS)
I get Vender error message when trying to flash.

Where did you find that rom? Never seen anywhere

I think that is an HTC Asia WWE ROM...
Try to update with an HTC Asia WWE ROM. It's the 1.48 updated one

I'm really not sure, without hardspl to ensure it won't go wrong, but
I think you should be able to find out pretty quickly.
It'll likely get to 1% and give you an illegal vendor id if it isn't going to work.

No Gg wrong Vender ID..

Cmonex can actually change the ROM language on your device, as long
as you want to swap ROM's that are shipped_signed (official HTC) she can help you get that done with a trick.
No HSPL available/needed for ROM swap

I did the switch from dutch to English Rom on the HD2. I' am very happy with the english language on my HD2.

It's the OS.nb only - not the full RUU.
Making a full WWE RUU, will it make it flashable using goldcard?
This WE I will try to prepare a full RUU based on official Leo but with new 1.49 but I have first to set up Leo kitchen.
Any Chef ready to make that full RUU with Leo 1.49 ?

it will not be flashable. with goldcard nbh still has to be signed with htc certificate. only htc can do that

Downloaded last night - by OS.nb I assume you mean does not have radio? For WWE devices which do not need Goldcard, can it be flashed using the Custom RUU on this forum?

We need an HTC signed nbh file if we want to use goldcard...

Dumped OS.nb,this rom is branded for Telstra.

i am in australia on the telstra network, as the hd2 is not released here i don't get the full nextG experience. do you think if i use this rom it will allow access to the full nextG network?

no
you need 850mhz radio, which will be included in telstra model but not htc unbranded model which only has 900mhz and 2100mhz

sry i'm a newbie on this... so i won't install the 1.49 right now. but are there any improvements from the 1.48 ? solved bugs or anything?

as you can read, this ROM is "raped by Telstra" and has many older packages then 1.48,
but then again, you must read.

Nono it has newer packages then 1.48, newer HTC Sense for example as you can read.

it looks as though 1.49 is going to be the network operators build number.
1.49 vodafone SPA is around as well now.

Well...Manila is updated only for operator graphical changes or there is a real improvement?
Because comparing the packages,but i don't find a big differences...

Can someone provide me with Original/Official HTC 6.1 Pro ROM(English) with Idea flash screen or other original ROM for Touch Viva. Actually, I have tried 5 ROM's of 6.5, all of them have excellent features but are excellent battery drainers as well.
Am fed up of trying these ROM's and i really want the original one.

The latest official rom for opal is the spanish one 1.57.xx.xx
But iam sure you dont want a spanish rom on you phone so next to that rom comes the indian version which is posted above (wwe) its 1.35.xx.xx which is higer that what you have mentioned so go for the indian one..

Buddy its the latest version in India 1.35.XX.XXX
I recooked it after dumping to make the flashable nbh, therefore it reads version 1.00
You can flash it...no problem....very gud battery backup with this
I hope someone cooks this ROM as base with 6.5 XIP & SYS & no other change. It will surely give gud backup.
I tried but the touch scrolling didn't work in Msgs & file explorer, might be some problem with SYS files......Might Jagan can help us with this

No, but you can side load them yourself why you want tango anyways, we don't have sec camera.

As you coluld read at the first post it based on HTC UE ROM, so you have: English, German, Spanish, French and Italian Languages.

Whatever you do, don't update HTC Hub... I did, went down from 2.00 to 1.9...
Any chance of finding it somewhere to re-install it?
