Because they are illegal and the one you are talking about is no longer in the Android market.

I use beemp3.com
but the CD
Ummmm .... use your PC rip from the cd you own and transfer to phone ??
Or
Buy using your PC and transfer to phone ....
just a couple of options.
Just curious, why use phone data and battery when most of us have broadband at home, don't think I have ever wanted a song sooooo bad I could not wait till I got home to download it ... ...
Try NanoGroove. It's the ****.... $4.99 I think.

...
I mean I would be happy to pay for the App, just not giving thos ritch music Gypsy's any of my gold.. Wich basicly mean Im never gonna pay for the music it'self.. Never!
A quick google search finds this http://www.wmtorrent.com/home_index.html if you want to use bit torrent to go about stealing yourself some music.
How do you go about it at the moment on your PC?

Unless I'm massively misinterpreting you, I don't think the forum rules will let anyone tell you where to download music for free on the 'down low' as it were. I'm sure you can figure that out on your own if you feel like breaking the law. You could try streaming your music collection from your PC to your phone, however. Winamp Remote will do that, or you could buy a spotify premium subscription and stream stuff you don't have, ad-free over the air.
Hi all,
i am interested to buy this phone, but i dont have an xbox.
does this mean i cant play games on it or can i just download games and install them? like downloading a cab file and installing it the way im doing it on my wizard right now?
and are there any other things is should know about this phone?
help is much appreciated.
There is no need for an xbox account. It really has nothing to do with WP7 at this point. You will have full access to xbox live titles as everyone else does; including thos who have xbox accounts.
I highly reccomend windows phone 7. It is the nicest OS and will ony get better when it gets updated later this year.

Thanks
thanks for the reply mate, thats good to hear, i have always liked wp7 more than sense or ios.
then ill be getting this one.
thanks!
Hi guys,
I used to manage all my music with itunes on my computer, however I recently uninstalled it cos I got so pissed off about it constantly crashing and eating all my cpu - pc is a lot faster now.
I was wondering what alternatives there are? Preferably one with good android integration...
I know this thread doesn't really have anything to do with the G2 but not sure where else to post.
Thanks

Or media center too lol
The best player is foobar2000 (no contest) though it requires some patience. It is not an out-of-the-box experience
I've begun using double twist ever since I picked it up on the market during the sale.

Why do you need to transfer apps? There is no itunes here on Android, all apps loading is done through the app stores. You can however use your computer browser to remotely install apps to your device where ever you are. That's a cool feature.
The only reason to transfer apps would be to install apks you get from the Internet, but you wouldn't be doing that would you?
Welcome to the light side. You can transfer apps (.apk.) files as they are known on android as others have suggested. Personally I have
never found the need. The play store is your best friend. There are tonnes of free/trial apps and games you can dload instantly.
Not to mention the 5 day 25c 25p Google sale. They will change each day for the next few days. I recommend office suite pro on sale at the moment if you want the best office app on android. Usually $15 £10, you can grab it if you are quick for 25 pennies. A few gamers and other apps.
For less than 2quid I managed to grab 7 different apps and games. Looking forward to see whats next on offer in a few hours time.

*sigh* There are perfectly legit reasons to be transferring apks; thank God they actually let you rather than just blanketing all unofficial activity as piracy.
Anyways, that's basically the answer for the OP. Apps get remotely installed from the play store with no need for transfer, whereas apks can just be sent and installed if necessary.

Dear all!
Good evening (at least on my time zone lol )
As title suggests ever since like 2011 i have gone from galaxy s 2 to iphone 5 then iphone 6 and right now on an amazing white s7 edge that has just swept my heart !!
What i need you help is with is re-adapting to the eco-system..
As u can see i was long adapted to apple's ecosystem for buying mostly music..now i transfered via otg from iph6 to my gs7e all the music but my question is..how do i buy stuff now??
i do know that i can buy everything off google's store but that will just leave me with a horrible half assed library on 1 apple account and another half assed library barely started at a google account..
I also know i can just buy subscription and steam like anything for free, but my country charges almost 150euros/month for 2 GB of data pla..and thats a direct rape right there..thats why i buy music from the stores..please help me find a solution..
acceptable solution would even be to buy music off itunes on my desktop pc and somehow just transfer the songs not already on my s7e..
Please for your input! Thank you for welcoming me back to the community and sorry for the wall of text <3

You could try transferring your music to Amazon music if you are prime. Or if I remember right google play music can do the same(not sure if you need an abo). And than download the music for offline use.
Google play music allows you to install something on your Mac which allows you to then upload your entire iTunes library into the cloud. From there you can then stream your Google music on Google play music on your Android device. Or you can choose to download that same music onto your phone from the cloud.

Not for music you already own. If you upload your own library you can stream and sync it for free. Paid subscription is for radio streaming and music you don't already own
