[SOLVED] SMS input problem - Windows Mobile

I had just started learn to cook, it was success but there is a problem i encounter and i couldnt know where to find and fix it.
The problem im having is i couldnt type anything by using default sms composer.
Please advice.

I have had this problem once, i cant remember if because i didnt have SMS_Provider cooked in,anyway you can check for this in your build and at least post here your build log.

thanks for the reply.. i also not sure what happen with that.. so i only enable all again from beginning and reflash and now it able to type message.

Need Help with a Message Problem

hey guys recently i Flashed to this rom in the link

and every time i text..and i do mean every time i get a message sent to me saying message delivered....funny thing is i have it turned on off in message options and it still happens... and here is what the text says exactly
From: System Administrator
Body: the message u sent has been delivered.
is there a registry edit to permanently disable this or a cab anyone might have..plz any help will do
anyone?....i see ppl viewing it any input at all?
and still no help...
I believe you have to set up your carrier info, or just use DCD's Carrier cab.

Problem with messages stored on SIM

I have installed a new rom and i have this problem: When i go to messgaes->inbox i can't see the messages from my sim.Contacts from sim work fine,are shown when you acces contacts,only with the mesages is a problem.Sending and receiving sms mess ages works fine.
Someone told that something must be modified in registry but i don't know what registry and what must be written.
hope someone knows how to fix this problem.

Hello,
after I updatet my HD I wonder where the small bar moved i used to have in my SMS/Email programm. Is there a trick to restore it? Or What can i do to get it back?

Stock Application

All of a sudden I can't update the stock information. I get this message "CONNECTION ERROR. There was a connection error while attempting to download stock data. Retry? Yes/No". It doesn't matter how the phone is configured or whether I initiate the update or the application does so automatically. I googled the message and found that some folks had the same trouble with the Weather application. The Solution was a registry tweak.
I haven't tried a hard reset yet. Since I don't know what the problem is or what caused it, I am reluctant. Also I hate to tweak the registry without specific information about what to change and how.
Can anybody help me with this?

I forgot to mention that I upgraded my Rom from 1.07 to 1.36. Yesterday. I'm not so sure that was smart.

THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH MY DIALOGUE BOX
THE PROBLEM IS DURING THESE CASES :
1) AFTER CALL COMPLETION
2) AFTER SENDING MESSAGE
3) DURING BALANCE CHECK
NOW I WILL EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM :
1st few lines will be seen and the remaining can't be seen.I will attatch the thumbnails.

AS SEEN IN THIS THUMBNAIL, THE 1st THREE LINES CAN BE SEEN COMPLETELY
BUT ONLY A SMALL PORTION OF THE 4th line is seen there.
ie ONLY THE 1st THREE LINES CAN BE SEEN AND NOT THE REMAINING ONE's
I WAS USING HTC TOUCH AND DIDNT FIND THIS PROBLEM IN THAT PHONE.

2nd what things have you tried to do to correct it
3rd what was the result of your tests

I have the same problem. I have tried to change the theme, to reduce the size of the font, but nothing work. In the landscape mode it is also de the same problem... I need some help with it

why don't you try to update the firmware using SEUS? eventhough SEUS tells you that you have the latest firmware, go ahead and still update it. hope this helps.
