incoming calls sound change automaticaly to vibrating

could enybody help?
after upgreading wm6 my phone sound verry offen jump to only vibrating from it selfs. When i use calendar is does it every time. Howcan i fix this problem?

I had that when I installed HTC Home version 1.x. I am using version 2.x, and this never happens anymore... maybe coincidence, maybe not.....Apart from the rom change ( from Helmi R0 to PDAViet), this is the other noticable change...
have you got HTC Home installed?

Two ways to find out your problem:
1. Uninstall your HTC Home and check if problem exists. If problem gets removed, try to install latest HTC Home
2. Try another ROM

Iconsoft Phone extension 1.35 After install bluetooth logo on the taskbar gone missin

Hi,
Need help here, i have just install the phonEx 1.35, however, after installation, when i turn on the bluetooth, it does not show up on the taskbar anymore.
Can someone here help me get this back?

It doesnt come back after uninstall either!!
Nice software but I do miss the bluetooth notifacation when using a headset.
Any help on getting it back??

i believe this is because of the plug in that includes the bluetooth and wifi, but it seem that the wifi logo will still be there if on, but not the bluetooth

I have not try uninstalling it, but did you try installing the old version and see what happened/

The bluetooth icon is part of the HTC dialer software. Now that you are using a custom dialer, the bluetooth symbol will not show.

i see, but previously when i am using the resco contact manager 1.10, it does not happen. so is there a way i can get it back by working on the registry, appreciate your help

I'm not familiar with contact manager - did that also replace the dialer? I tried inesofts solution some time ago and had the same problem - hence the reason i know its the dialer. Uninstalling solved the problem.
Have you uninstalled it? if so, did the icon return? If not, are you now seeing the htc dialer or the wm6 dialer?

This is the only dialer that has removed the bluetooth icon completely....I've tried them all as the standard is pretty rubbish - dont know why it hasnt come back after uninstall?...
It didnt happen on any previouse versions that I used.
I quiet like the software and layout and functions so have re-installed it...Think I will have to live with it till a solution comes about.

installing phonEx did replace the dialer.
i have not try to uninstall it. will do the uninstalling and see what happen...

You can try to use program such SKTools (Tune up!\Phone Edition\) to enable the OEM Dialer skin. The bluetooth icon should be back.

After uninstalling, I still had the standerd dialer - hence no BT icon. Somehow, after using the dialler a few times a message appears to uninstall the last part of Phonex - and then soft reset. And there the lovely blue icon appeared again, together with the HTC dialler. Although one could blame Iconsoft (and they have to solve it I guess in a new version), it is quite stupid of HTC to combine their dialer and the BT icon. And I can't think of a reason why. Anyhow, Phonex is great, I love the smooth scrolling and access. So I also can live with one icon less, although I would love to have this solved. So let's al inform Phonex about this issue (only on the HD?)

i have uninstall the phonex and the icon came back. Reinstall resco contacts, do not have the same issues.
Had informed Phonex of this issue yesterday, lets see if they have any solution
even wrote to HTC for a solution

V1.4 is out, give it a go. There were a few bugs in 1.3.5, for me the dialler interface kept going back to the standard one but so far with 1.4 its seems to have fixed it so it may have addressed your problem.

email problem in htc sense

Hi,
after playing arround with some email account settings (pop3, imap) I have now a strange problem:
My main account was and is Lotus Notes Travler which was working fine.
Normaly in HTC-Sense on E-Mail if you tap on the email the email will open.
But now not any more.
Taping on inbox is still working - I get the email list. But no chance to open a single mail on the main htc-sense screen.
I have de- and reinstalled Notes Travler Software allready, resynced all mail, etc. but no change.
Did anybody know about some regkey entries I could try to fix this?

I have the same problem too, any solution without installing .net 3.5? Coz I'm using 3.7 for now, thanks!

I'm on 1.48 and have the same issue. .net 3.5 is installed.
Weird, I could swear this was working yesterday... Anyone know how to fix this? Reinstall .net 3.5?

I even do the uninstall of the .net 3.7 and reinstall the 3.5, but it's all the same that I cannot open email directly on HTC Sense....

I have the same problem after i installed the 1.48 rom (Danish)

I have the same problem too. Someone on some other forum advised me that it's a known bug with the 1.48 ROM. It's really upsetting, this bug!!!!!

Help with Transparent Clock

Hi all,
I am trying to install a Transparent Clock but am having little luck.
Ideally I would like the transparent clock w/ weather found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=589181
I have tried that one as well as Matt's Crystal Clock. Can't get either to work - my clock does not change (even after soft reset).
I am thinking (but hoping not) it has something to do with my (and sorry I am new to this) windows version and/or manila version and/or TF3D version ???
I have WM6.1, TF3D 2.1.38420.2, and I am sad to say I don't even know how to check what manila I have...
Any help is greatly appreciated!

OK, well then I have manila 2.1 correct ??? And from what I have read, manila 2.1 is identifiable from having weather on the HOME screen ???
But I have never had weather on the home tab and have not had any luck getting it to work...any ideas ???

If it is a regluar TP2 (unbranded), go to HTC.com and download the WM 6.5 ROM and install it on your phone. That gives you WM 6.5 and a Sense 2.1 (which has the weather clock).
Just make sure you backup your contacts and other info you might need, because it's like formatting a PC - everything gets deleted. It's worth it though and shouldn't take more than 15 mins to do. Then you get your weather clock AND the Crystal Clock CAB will work ;-)

Hey, thanks a lot. I do not have an unbranded one however, I have Verizon. I checked HTC.com and it says wm6.5 for Verizon will be available in Dec/Jan.
I am assuming I should wait for that or would it be "safe" to download the unbranded one ???

Well you could try to find an unofficial ROM here on the forums that might work, but I must admit I haven't tried out any of them myself. Personally I'd just wait the few weeks until the official version was released, but it's up to you
Downloading an unbranded one from HTC.com won't work, however. There is more to it than that - check out the Rhodium ROM forums for more info. Good luck anyway

How come none of the transparent clock, i've installed like 3 of them doesns't work on stock roms (sprint).

i got my htc hd2 like 3 weeks ago
i installed a few apps and nice games
but now , i get a problem with my manila homescreen and photos and music player very annoying..
on my home screen i see the clock but with a block next to it , i dont have the 3 shortcut icons ..
so some1 knows what the problem can be or the fix ..

well the cookies patch will only work with cookies home tab, if you want your taskbars not black so you can have youre picture on them check out bg4all i think its called

That is bordering on the edge of my ability to understand what you are asking, however...
If you want to know how to resolve WinMo asking whther you want to send an error report to Micro$oft, you have three options:
1/ Diagnose your problem old school style;
2/ Disable error reporting (preferred);
3/ Hard reset and try again, paying attention to what you install and what you are doing.
Option 2 is best.
